An '80s crime show focusing on the unlikely team of retired Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Milton C. "Hardcase" Hardcastle (Brian Keith) and ex-con race car driver Mark “Skid” McCormick (Daniel Hugh Kelly).

When McCormick's mentor Flip Johnson is murdered and the prototype race car he designed is stolen, McCormick finds the car and steals it back, but is caught and arrested. He then finds himself once again in front of Judge Milton Hardcastle, who originally sentenced him and facing a long incarceration for his latest theft.

Hardcastle is an eccentric judge notorious for being strict with the law in both his duties and towards defendants. In preparing for his retirement, he notices file drawers filled with 200 people who escaped conviction due to legal technicalities. Inspired by his childhood hero, The Lone Ranger, Hardcastle desires to make the criminals answer for their crimes. The Judge proposes a deal: Mark will be remanded to Hardcastle's custody if he helps him track down the criminals in his files, beginning with the guy who killed Mark's mentor. Mark grudgingly agrees, and a partnership is born. In addition, Flip’s daughter allows McCormick to keep the Coyote, which proves to be an excellent pursuit vehicle for their needs.

The Judge was irascible and a little eccentric (wearing T-shirts with slogans such as “Blast ‘Em, Tonto!” and “No Plea Bargaining In Heaven”) who lives on a Malibu estate called Gulls Way, which he inherited from his late wife, and his ‘no prisoners’ approach to criminal justice at times is a little much for the laid-back McCormick.

Created by Stephen J Cannell, Hardcastle & McCormick was dismissed by some as just another cops & robbers show. Nearly all of the 65 one-hour episodes included the obligatory car chase, but many laughs and plenty of action is on display in every single episode!

The series lasted three years, with Milt and Mark chasing down the bad guys—who, despite the series premise, mostly did not come from the judge's files—while developing a contentious but solid friendship. The final episode concludes with Mark attending law school due to the judge's influence.

Didn’t come with all the Parts - Essentially Worthlist Return in process. Huge inconvenience
Product came with everything but the rubber pads that receives the screws so it’s essentially worthless upon arrival. Now I have to go out of my way to go to UPS to send it back and process a return which will take 7 business days until I can receive a refund. I was excited for this package too what a complete let down !

Excellent privacy shade.
Color: Coal Black
This delivered on exactly what it promises. So happy with the quality for the value. The shades are a fabric, nylon like, that are attached with a pocket on one end and velcro that adheres around the bar on the other. This was incredibly easy and straightforward to put together. Every piece was clearly labeled, coordinated with the instruction sheet, and fit perfectly. Honestly, I wasn’t planning to leave a review but I was so impressed by how clearly labeled and well explained the instructions were that I felt compelled to note it. Especially for anyone who doesn’t like putting things together, or is used to subpar instructions, this is leagues above the rest. It’s such a simple build anyway, but after buying so many things that barely fit as they should, this stands out. It is lightweight and easy to move. Offers privacy when opened, then can be folded out of the way. It looks exactly as pictured. No complaints, it’s a solid item and worth the price.

Decent quality for the price
Color: Grey
Decent quality for the price. Other privacy screens were extremely out of my budget, but this looks and works just fine- I just needed something simple to place behind my couch to hide some clutter. It took me about a half hour to assemble, but it was easy enough. It might be due to my carpeting, but I don't trust that the screen would be stable enough to stand freely without falling. Thankfully my plan all along was to wedge the screen between the couch and a box of clutter anyway, so for me it works as l'd planned!

Overpriced but effective.
Color: Cream
I happened to get lucky and get a warehouse deal at an additional 30% discount. Even at $25, it feels a little overpriced. But it was easy to assemble and serves its purpose. If you line the Velcro up exactly, the panels sag, if you stretch past even, but where it still grips, they look pretty ok. It is very light and does fold very compact for easy storage.
