The Stage 5 Complete Suspension System provides customization of suspension performance with the addition of ICON's Compression Damping Control Valve system on all four shocks. FRONT 4.5" BOX KIT

The ICON Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD Front Box Kit is an essential component of ICON 4.5” lift suspension systems. Front sway bar drop brackets fabricated from CNC laser cut steel plate ensure bind free motion of the sway bar links through the entire range of suspension travel and are powder coated for corrosion resistance. Extended length stainless steel brake line kit prevents brake line damage and eliminates the bending of OE hard lines typically required for brake line drop brackets. Bump travel is properly limited with robust CNC machined 6061 aluminum bump stop spacers that are designed for the stresses of aggressive off-road driving.

TRACK BAR BUMP STEER BRACKET KIT

This bracket features a 2-position cam that will optimize the track bar geometry for both 2.5” and 4.5” lifts. This component has been designed to work with both a factory track bar as well as an ICON Vehicle Dynamics adjustable unit, and will allow for the axle to be properly centered under the frame with either. Benefits of this improved geometry and axle alignment include reduced road feedback throughout the steering system and improved on and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer.

RADIUS ARM DROP KIT

The ICON Radius Arm Drop Kit for the Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD allows the use of the stock or aftermarket radius arms with ICON 4.5” lift suspension systems. This kit consists of fabricated radius arm drop brackets, CNC laser cut and brake-formed from steel plate and is engineered to withstand the stresses of aggressive off-road driving. 5" BLOCK KIT

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 5” Rear Block Kit features a square, non-tapered block design to provide easy rear lift to a Ford Super Duty pickup. These heavy-duty blocks are fabricated from CNC laser cut and brake-formed steel plate and heavy duty .250” wall square tubing to endure the stresses of heavy towing/hauling duty as well as aggressive off-road use. Their reinforced bump stop tang provides proper bump stop engagement and limits compression travel to prevent damage to the rear shocks and shock mounts at full bottom out.

REAR 15" U-BOLT KIT

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 15” U-bolt kit consists of high-quality grade 8 U-bolts to ensure that the leaf springs stay properly secured to the rear axle. 4WD 4.5" FRONT AND REAR 2.5 VS RR / PB CDCV

ICON’s 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are designed and built to give your vehicle outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street. With a truly vehicle-specific design, these shocks are configured specifically for each application in both length and damping tune. Featuring one-piece impact extruded aluminum cylinders, these 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks offer lighter weight, improved corrosion resistance, and a more uniform finish than traditional plated steel cylinders. Like all ICON shock absorbers, these 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable. Remoyte reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. ICON’s unique use of a 6061 billet aluminum manifold a few inches below the top cap of the shock creates an internal “Bump Zone” that when used creates an additional 20% of damping force. This additional force helps prevent harsh bottom-out conditions and controls the suspension effectively when compressing at high velocity. LEAF SPRING EXPANSION PACK

ICON's 2" Rear Leaf Expansion Pack provides increased suspension lift and better ride quality for lifted Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty pickup trucks. The Expansion Pack is designed to replace and improve the center leaves of the stock leaf spring pack while retaining the factory main leaf. This makes the Expansion Pack both cost-effective and an easier installation as it doesn't require complete removal of the leaf spring main leaf from the spring hanger and shackle. The additional leaves included in the pack are designed to optimize ride quality and reduce axle wrap compared to lift blocks. The design also shifts the overload transition point to improve small bump compliance.

RADIUS ARM SYSTEM

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD Radius Arm System is designed with adjustable caster cams for use with stock height trucks up to 3” of front lift with the radius arm installed in the factory pivot, eliminating the need for caster bushings. For taller lift heights from 4-5.5" of front lift, these radius arms can be installed in the factory pivots along with caster bushings to elimiate the need for radius arm drop brackets and improve ground clearance.They feature a sealed pivot bushing that minimizes road feedback and ensures a long life and quiet operation. Additionally, their fabricated, fully boxed design ensures strength and utilizes a profile optimized for tire clearance at full steering lock, making a 37” tall tire clear without coming in contact with the radius arm.

A massive FK Rod End at one end, along with greaseable and replaceable OE style ball joint at the other end yields the best combination of maximum travel and articulation while also removing bushing deflection for improved handling characteristics. ICON’s exclusive rod end Double Adjuster Sleeve allows for fast, easy “on-vehicle” adjustment of track bar length without requiring removal or disassembly of the track bar.
