The locket itself is created from 9 carat gold front and back with a base metal construction within. The mechanism is working well and secure holding within currently a photograph of ‘Joe‘ as well as a locket of his hair. HALLMARKS: unhallmarked but tested as minimum 9 carat with base metal fittings and inside

DIMENSIONS: 25mm without loop

WEIGHT: 5.33 grams approximately.

CONDITION: excellent antique condition and ready to wear and be loved. There is the expected wear and knocks to the gold as expected.
