MOMO ALPINA leather sports steering wheel is an intrinsic part of every BMW ALPINA automobile’s DNA. Covered with the highest quality leather used in the automotive industry, luxurious comfort can be felt with every touch.
Already at the beginning of the ALPINA company history, ALPINA founder Burkard Bovensiepen devoted particular attention to the steering wheel, deeming that it significantly determines the feel for the road and must meet the high aesthetic demands of the ALPINA customer base.
The stitching in the ALPINA corporate colours blue and green is an unmistakable identifier.
ALPINA steering wheels manufactured and sold by MOMO are TÜV certified (ABE Nr. 70064).
Please note that the hub adapter/boss kit is not included.
WARNING!
Replacing the steering wheel and steering wheel hub in vehicles fitted with airbag systems will disable the driver airbag system. Removing the driver airbag may also affect other airbag systems in the vehicle. The use of ALPINA steering wheels without airbags in vehicles equipped with airbag systems is intended solely for race cars and motorsport applications. ALPINA steering wheels and steering wheel hubs must only be installed by experienced automotive technicians after carefully reading the installation instructions. Incorrect installation of the steering wheel or steering wheel hub, or installation not carried out in accordance with the instructions, may lead to malfunction and could result in serious or life threatening accidents.
