Made in Canada, the 9950 is one of the original foam core sticks and help set the path that brought goal sticks to where they are today. Mixing the traditional feel of a wooden shaft and the lightweight construction of a foam core paddle, the 9950 provided goalies with a stick they could feel comfortable using, game in and game out. Furthermore, carbon fiber strips are laid atop the paddle, for reinforcement, and then coated in a laminate to keep the paddle sealed together. For those who missed it and for those who never got to try it, the Sher-Wood 9950 is making a comeback!

Bonus secret compartment in these beauties 😉
Absolutely LOVE these real wood shelves. The perfect depth to actually be functional in the bathroom! Came with all the hardware to install and very well packaged--you can tell a lot of care went into these. The hardware was tucked into a carved out notch on the backside of the shelf, which now we can use as a secret compartment! (Seriously, no one would find it there if you wanted to hide some keys or cash! 🤭) The metal drywall mounting brackets didn't work (or we just weren't using them correctly?), but we had other drywall mounts, so it wasn't a problem for us. Highly recommend these high quality shelves. 👍

Metal Parts are Flimsy

The wood shelf part is very nice, but the hardware is lacking for this length of shelf. The bracket that mounts to the wall is very thin metal, and mine was warped so that I had to bend it a bit to mount it straight. It also allows the shelf to bounce at the slightest touch, even though it is attached at the studs. I had to use a couple of chair brackets on the bottom of the shelf to keep it steady, which kind of defeats the "floating shelf" look. That said, with the brackets it is now quite sturdy and doesn't look bad at all.
