The MKS-50 is a rack-mount version of the Alpha Juno! It has the same synth engine and architecture, with some added features like 16 programmable chord memories, the ability to store velocity, volume, panning, de-tune, portamento and other similar parameters within each patch you create. Other features include better MIDI implementation than previous Roland synths, a nice LCD display, an LFO capable of a very slow rate for some cool sweeping effects, and a great bass sound (especially nice for acid basslines) and noise effects! Condition:
• This unit has been used.
• This unit has been thoroughly tested and everything is working as it should.
• This unit has had a brand new memory battery installed. The factory sounds have been reloaded.
• This unit shows some signs of use and age, this is mainly some marks, nicks and scratches. There is some rack rash and one rack ear is slightly bent. Overall it is still a nice rack! Please see all photos.
• The screen is bright. It looks like it may have been swapped by a previous owner in the past.
• Please be aware this unit is 100V. This means it MUST be used with a step-down transformer, not a travel adaptor. If you are unsure about this please let us know. We have some great, compatible step-downs for sale HERE. They are designed in Australia for use in Australia and can be run 24/7.
• If you purchase from outside Australia you may need a step-down transformer to use this unit. Please contact us if you need any help sourcing the correct product.
• This sale is for the MKS-50 only. Nothing else is included in this sale.
