Chill non-melatonin nights with real beauty sleep boosts

Obvi Beauty Sleep is a no-stimulant nighttime supplement that keeps it simple and smart: it calms your nerves, cuts bedtime stress, and helps with overnight recovery using mostly botanicals plus a bit of beauty support. No melatonin overload here. It's made for folks who want to drift off naturally, make winding down easier, and avoid that foggy morning after high-dose melatonin.

The heart of it is the relaxation blend. Hops extract at 200mg is a key player. Hops has been used forever in calm and sleep mixes, often with other herbs to help you relax faster and fall asleep sooner. Lavender extract at 150mg brings solid calming vibes; it's famous for dropping stress and helping you unwind, especially if your mind's still racing at night. Lemon balm extract at 100mg helps settle your mood and makes getting to sleep smoother. Passion flower extract 4:1 at 90mg and chamomile extract at 50mg keep that chill going, focusing on quieting your nerves instead of forcing you out.

L-theanine is in at 75mg. Studies usually look at 100-400mg for best results on stress reduction and better sleep by tweaking brain signals and boosting relaxed brain waves. At 75mg, it's more of a helper dose than a full powerhouse, so it smooths things out in the mix rather than stealing the show.

Magnesium gives you 110mg from magnesium oxide, magnesium aspartate, and dimagnesium malate. Magnesium is a basic mineral in over 300 body processes and helps keep your nerves steady.

Obvi Beauty Sleep by Obvi. contains 1.7mg Vitamin B6, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 200mg Hops Extract leads the way for that bedtime vibe with a classic herb for sleep. Basically, it moves this from just 'relax' to feeling ready for bed.
  • 150mg Lavender Extract adds a smart calm boost if you're mentally buzzing at night. It's great when stress or tension keeps you from downshifting, not just when you're physically wiped.
  • 100mg Lemon Balm Extract helps with a chill mood and easier slide into bed. It plays nice with other herbs, teaming up instead of trying to dominate with one big effect.
  • 90mg Passion Flower Extract at 4:1 strength packs more punch than plain herb. It's all about quieting nerves and getting sleep-ready, sticking to the no-melatonin plan.
  • 75mg L-Theanine helps keep your mind relaxed without harsh sleep knocks. Studies back 100-400mg, so call this a solid team player dose, not the main event.
  • 110mg Magnesium from three types brings basic chill through a mineral your body uses everywhere. It's under the 310-420mg often talked about in studies, but it still adds real value at night, especially if your diet's low on it.
  • Vitamin B6 comes as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, the active form that's ready to go, not some cheap version. That's a smart pick since it ties into brain and mood stuff directly.
  • 50mg Hyaluronic Acid gives a real beauty edge, not just hype. It supports skin moisture, so this is more than a sleep pill with fancy labels.

Obvi Beauty Sleep by Obvi. contains 1.7mg Vitamin B6, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Pros who can't switch off after work and need help shifting from go-mode to sleep. Hops, lavender, lemon balm, passion flower, chamomile, and L-theanine tackle that busy-brain issue without heavy hits.
  • After-work gym folks whose body's done but nerves are buzzing. Magnesium and calming herbs help flip from wired-tired to real recovery mode.
  • Anyone dodging melatonin for its groggy or dream-weird mornings. This goes gentle with relaxation support, no added hormones.
  • Wellness fans wanting beauty perks in their night supp. Hyaluronic acid, astaxanthin, and alpha lipoic acid add skin and antioxidant vibes with the sleep help.
  • Newbies wary of strong sleep stuff, preferring something milder. Open label and chill intensity make it easy to start.
  • Parents or caregivers needing wind-down but ready to wake if needed. Herb-based calm suits without flattening you like high-dose options.

How to Use

Take 2 capsules daily, 30-60 minutes before bed. Timing works since it's gradual herbs and nutrients, not instant knockouts. Swallow with water; capsules mean no mixing hassle. Most can jump to full dose—no stims or melatonin—but if you're super sensitive, try 1 capsule first to check the herbs. Best after your last big meal's digested, as a full gut can mess with sleep. Don't stack with alcohol, sleep meds, or extra calmers unless you know it's cool, since it could amp drowsiness. Pairs nice with sleep basics like less screens, cool space, and early caffeine cutoff. Use daily for best results—non-melatonin stuff shines in routines. No cycling needed. Keep it cool and dry, away from heat and moisture.

What to Expect

First 10-20 minutes, don't expect a big wave—this isn't a heavy hitter. Over 30-60 minutes, you'll likely feel stress easing, less mind grind, and smoother settling. By the hour, herbs make laying down feel less wired and more naturally drowsy. Overnight, it's about steady rest, not blackout. Week one, wind-down feels less hectic and quieter. After 2-4 weeks steady, it builds a reliable pattern, syncing tired with actual sleep. Beauty stuff isn't instant; it's long-game support, not a quick feel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Obvi Beauty Sleep contain melatonin?

No. This formula is melatonin-free and instead uses a botanical and nutrient-based approach with hops extract, lavender extract, lemon balm extract, passion flower extract, chamomile extract, magnesium, and L-theanine to support relaxation and sleep readiness.

How much magnesium is in Obvi Beauty Sleep?

Each 2-capsule serving provides 110mg of magnesium from magnesium oxide, magnesium aspartate, and dimagnesium malate. That is a supportive dose for a nighttime formula, but it is below the broader 310-420mg daily intake range often discussed in magnesium research.

Is the L-theanine dose in Obvi Beauty Sleep clinically dosed?

The formula provides 75mg L-theanine per serving. Most clinical research on theanine for stress and sleep quality commonly uses 100-400mg, so this is best viewed as a supportive formula-level dose rather than a full standalone clinical dose.

What are the main sleep-support ingredients in this formula?

The sleep-support core is 200mg hops extract, 150mg lavender extract, 100mg lemon balm extract, 90mg passion flower extract 4:1, 50mg chamomile extract, 75mg L-theanine, and 110mg magnesium. Together, these ingredients are designed to reduce bedtime tension and make it easier to settle into sleep.

What makes this a 'beauty sleep' formula instead of just a sleep aid?

In addition to the calming nighttime stack, Obvi Beauty Sleep includes 50mg hyaluronic acid, 1mg astaxanthin 2% from Haematococcus pluvialis, and 25mg alpha lipoic acid. Those ingredients add skin hydration and antioxidant-oriented support to the formula’s overnight recovery positioning.

How should I take Obvi Beauty Sleep for best results?

Take 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before bed with water. It works best as part of a repeatable nightly routine rather than only on occasional rough nights, especially because non-melatonin formulas tend to rely on consistency and bedtime habits for best results.

Will Obvi Beauty Sleep knock me out?

Probably not in the way a high-dose melatonin or prescription sleep product might. This formula is designed more for calming, wind-down support, and sleep readiness than forceful sedation, so most users describe it as subtle rather than overpowering.

Is Obvi Beauty Sleep beginner-friendly?

Yes. It is stimulant-free, fully disclosed, and uses familiar nighttime ingredients without melatonin, which makes it approachable for users who are new to sleep supplements. Sensitive users can still start with 1 capsule to assess tolerance.

Can I stack Obvi Beauty Sleep with extra magnesium?

You can, but you should account for your total magnesium intake from all supplements. Since this formula already provides 110mg magnesium, adding a separate magnesium product can make sense for some users, but it should be done intentionally rather than automatically.

Does Obvi Beauty Sleep use a proprietary blend?

No. One of the stronger features of this product is full label transparency. Every active ingredient and dose is disclosed, which is more informative than the hidden blend approach common in the sleep category.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
