The author of the “swoon-worthy debut” (Harper’s Bazaar) The Charm Offensive returns with a festive romantic comedy about a woman who fakes an engagement with her landlord…only to fall for his sister.
One year ago, recent Portland transplant Ellie Oliver had her dream job in animation and a Christmas Eve meet-cute with a woman at a bookstore that led her to fall in love over the course of a single night. But after a betrayal the next morning and the loss of her job soon after, she finds herself adrift, alone, and desperate for money.
Finding work at a local coffee shop, she’s just getting through the days—until Andrew, the shop’s landlord, proposes a shocking, drunken plan: a marriage of convenience that will give him his recent inheritance and alleviate Ellie’s financial woes and isolation. They make a plan to spend the holidays together at his family cabin to keep up the ruse. But when Andrew introduces his new fiancée to his sister, Ellie is shocked to discover it’s Jack—the mysterious woman she fell for over the course of one magical Christmas Eve the year before. Now, Ellie must choose between the safety of a fake relationship and the risk of something real.
Perfect for fans of Written in the Stars and One Day in December, Kiss Her Once for Me is the queer holiday rom-com that you’ll want to cozy up with next to the fire.

Machine stopped working after factory warranty expired
My Cricut Maker 3 stopped working after 2.5 years and luckily I had bought this insurance for 3 years. I summited my claim and Asurion provided a UPS prepaid shipping label, I had to pack the machine and send it but I did not have a box beg enough to put the machine so it took me around 5 days to find one. When I tried to print the shipping label, it was not working so I contacted Asurion customer service, the customer service associate was very friendly and helped me to get a new shipping label. Did no have any issues, so would recommend to get this protection in case your factory warranty runs out.

NO WARRANTY EVEN IF YOU PAY EXTRA FOR IT.
Beware
I purchased a casement window air conditioner AND the asurion 3 year warranty extension for the unit. The air conditioner was faulty from day one in that the temperature control did NOT control temperature and the compressor would not stay on unless the unit was set at the minimum 62 F setting. I called the manufacturer/distributor of the air conditioner and they informed me that there was NO WARRANTY on the unit because it was sold by a third party. The unit was only warranted if it was purchased directly from the distributor themselves.
I then checked with the extended warranty company *asurion" and was told they would not warrantly the product until after 12 months subsequent from purchase.
I highly suggest that anyone concerned with receiving a working product from Amazon should take care to investigate thoroughly before placing an order.
I contacted Amazon and they will replace or refund these items however I see no choice but to get a refund. Replacement with a non-warrantied product seems like something even a very foolish person would not consider.
Asurion's policy on not honoring it's extended warranty until 12 months after purchase is also hmmmmm unusual and makes their warranty products a questionable purchase.

Prompt service
Excellent service and got my refund via e-gift card. My portable ac heat combo unit failed after almost 3 years of use and I was refunded my purchase price. It’s easier to claim using their chat support.

Amazing, effortless, easy!
Excellent experience! I made a claim and they immediately issued an Amazon gift card for reimbursement. Entire process from start to finish was probably 2 minutes or less. Amazing, effortless, easy! Will purchase again for any other items that qualify.
