EnShield technology enhances the Street Series lineup by incorporating corrosion-resistant rotors, ensuring a durable and aesthetically pleasing appearance throughout their operational lifespan. Initiating with a water-based zinc/aluminium coating, the EnShield process covers the entire rotor surface and undergoes a baking procedure.

All DBA Street Series rotors serve as an excellent choice for drivers aiming to elevate their vehicle's performance to OE levels, feature enhanced heat transfer and thermal efficiency which are achieved through center-split core castings and utilize a Cubic Boron Nitride (CBN) machine-turned finish minimizing disc thickness variation, reducing the risk of pad "knock" and preventing premature wear.

Designed as a direct OE replacement disc rotor, Street Series rotors stand out for their top-tier manufacturing processes, high-quality materials, and proven safety features, backed by DBA's over 40 years of braking expertise.

DBA’s Street Series rotors are the recommended choice for daily drivers, light commercial vehicles, and SUV applications.

An Overview of an Oft-Overlooked History
Format: Kindle
Depending on your ethnicity, you may, or may not, know a lot about Africa. This book summarizes the Continent’s history, highlighting the major events and occurrences that contributed its current geopolitical state. Africa today is made up of 54 countries, 2000 languages, 20% of the Earth's land mass, and 1.4 billion people. It therefore should play an important part in the World, today (which it does, but one that rarely makes the headlines in USA TV or newspaper coverage.) The Author covers, Slavery, European Colonization, Africa’s part in World Wars One & Two, and the various Religious histories going back to the time of Christ. Since the author is American, there is a portion devoted to the USA’s main relationships with different African Nations. All this culminates in a surveillance of the numerous African Civil Wars of the last 50 years leading to the reality of the current geopolitical scene. The section on Dictators and Revolutionaries is limited to one of each. I’m guessing there could have been more. Still, if you are looking for an overview of Africa as it is today and what contributed to its present situation, this is an excellent beginning point.

OK short read
Format: Kindle
Reasonable short read. Have to doubt the facts since the author writes FDR was alive in the 1950's and he leaves out the Haitian genocide in his narrative.

Good general snapshot
Format: Paperback
This book does not serve as an academic textbook, which may not meet your specific needs. For more detailed information or clarification, it would be beneficial to access online resources or consider purchasing a college textbook. It met my needs.

A fascinating read
Format: Kindle
I found Modern Africa to be a fascinating read, because, having grown up in the 80’s, places such as Libya and Ethiopia were always in the news, but I didn’t understand their backstories. Modern Africa does a great job of laying out these stories, but in a way that doesn’t overwhelm the reader. I look forward to reading more from the author! They do a great job of making history relevant and make me want to learn more!
