Bombay Duck Once Upon a Time Metal Word Art is a decorative wall piece designed to add a storytelling and whimsical touch to interior spaces. Featuring the classic phrase “Once Upon a Time…”, this design is particularly suited for children’s bedrooms, nurseries, or reading corners, creating a warm and imaginative atmosphere.
Crafted from metal (iron), each piece is handmade, with wire words shaped individually and flat letters carefully cut from metal sheets and welded together onto the frame. This handcrafted process gives the product a unique finish, with slight variations that enhance its decorative character.
The surface is finished with a gold electroplated coating, combining a shiny outer frame with slightly matte lettering to create contrast and visual depth. This balanced finish allows the piece to work across both modern and classic interiors.
With dimensions of approximately 27.8 × 22.5 × 3 cm, the word art offers a compact yet noticeable decorative presence. It can be wall-mounted using the included fixings or alternatively placed on a shelf, desk, or leaned against a wall for flexible styling.
Designed in London by Bombay Duck, a brand known for handcrafted and decorative home accessories, this piece fits within a wider collection of typography-based wall décor.
