How We Use It
We like to take four pumps per day of this Hista-Aid as needed for allergy relief. It is best to hold in your mouth for 30-seconds before swallowing to get the maximum benefit. This can also be mixed into water. It's also best to take this on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before a meal.
