300mg caffeine with strength boosters and serious gym energy

BlackMarket Labs BULK is a pre-workout geared toward strength, mixing a solid stim punch with proven ingredients for heavy lifting. It's not a pump monster with full ingredient breakdowns. It's a tough pre for folks who want quick energy from 300mg caffeine anhydrous, plus ongoing help from creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, and betaine anhydrous. The downside? Only caffeine shows its dose—everything else is in a prop blend, so you can't check if they're at effective levels.

Beta-alanine is a top pick for boosting performance. It helps make carnosine in your muscles, which buffers acid during intense workouts—think less burn and more reps. Studies back 3.2-6.4g a day for efforts lasting 1-10 minutes, like heavy sets or high-volume work. It's smart for a strength pre, but the hidden dose means we don't know if it's enough here.

Creatine monohydrate is the king for strength and power. It boosts phosphocreatine in muscles, helping refill ATP for explosive moves. That means better sprints, more volume, and bigger gains over time. It fits perfect in a strength pre. But again, no dose shown, so creatine works best when daily

Key Highlights

  • 300mg caffeine anhydrous—it's right there on the label, a strong dose you'll feel. This ramps up alertness, gets you hyped for training, and makes tough sets feel easier than weak pre's.
  • Beta-alanine in here to actually fight fatigue, not just for show. It builds carnosine in muscles to buffer acid during hard reps; dose is hidden though, so great choice but wish we knew how much.
  • Creatine monohydrate fits this strength-focused pre. It's the most proven for power, strength, and handling high-intensity reps, but hidden dose means it's more of a bonus than your full creatine fix.
  • Betaine anhydrous backs up the heavy-lifting vibe. It acts as an osmolyte (helps with cell hydration) and methyl donor, boosting power and workout capacity for guys hitting the weights hard.
  • Agmatine sulfate bridges strength and a bit of pump feel. It's used for nitric oxide support and brain boosts, making this more than just a stim bomb.
  • Bitter orange extract amps up the stim side beyond caffeine. In the gym, it gives a sharper, more aggressive edge than plain caffeine pre's.
  • Mucuna pruriens seed extract adds a dopamine kick. With natural L-DOPA, it's great for motivation, drive, and keeping your mood up during brutal sessions.
  • D-aspartic acid gives this a unique strength and guy-performance angle. Not your everyday pre ingredient, but it sets this apart from basic caffeine-pump mixes.

Who Is This For?

  • Powerbuilders needing a pre that hits aggressive and supports strength, not just pumps. 300mg caffeine, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, and betaine fit heavy compounds, tough sets, and hyped training.
  • Intermediate lifters in hard programs training post-work, wanting quick switch-flip. 300mg caffeine anchors stims, with creatine and beta-alanine making it better than caffeine alone for gains.
  • Folks into old-school hard pre's with stim drive and support. Bitter orange and Mucuna pruriens make it feel stronger than mellow ones.
  • Early AM strength guys needing energy and focus for squats, presses, deads. 300mg caffeine changes alertness when life's not ideal.
  • High-volume bodybuilders chasing progressive overload over max pumps. Beta-alanine helps fatigue in hypertrophy, creatine and betaine boost volume.
  • Users cool with prop blends, buying for feel, intensity, aggression. If you care more about the hit than perfect labels, this works.

How to Use

If new to high stims or 300mg caffeine, start half scoop. Full one's got 300mg plus bitter orange for extra kick. Take 20-30 minutes before so it's working by warm-ups. Mix in 8-12oz water, shaker's best; cold tastes better. Hits faster empty stomach, but light food helps if sensitive. Skip stacking with other caffeine or stim stuff unless you know your limits. To max strength benefits, add daily creatine for 3-5g total since dose here's hidden. Tolerance builds, so save full scoops for big days or take breaks. Store sealed, cool, dry for best powder and taste.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: mostly taste and knowing it's a stim thing, not water. Minutes 10-20: caffeine builds, fog lifts, tingles possible from beta-alanine. Minutes 20-40: peak focus and hype, with bitter orange and Mucuna sharpening it. Minutes 40-90: energy holds for a full lift, but depends on your tolerance. Days 1-7: stims hit strongest since caffeine's instant, others build up. Weeks 2-4: if doses are real, beta-alanine's buffering and creatine's power show in better sets, recovery, and output.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in BlackMarket Labs BULK?

BULK provides 300mg caffeine anhydrous per 1-scoop serving. That is a strong pre-workout dose on its own, and the inclusion of bitter orange extract can make the overall stimulant feel more intense than a simple 300mg caffeine-only formula.

Is BULK a pump pre-workout or a strength pre-workout?

It is clearly a strength-focused pre-workout. The formula includes creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, and betaine anhydrous—ingredients associated with power output, fatigue resistance, and repeated high-intensity effort—while the stimulant side is anchored by 300mg caffeine.

Are all the ingredient doses disclosed on BULK?

No. Caffeine anhydrous is disclosed at 300mg, but the amounts of beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, D-aspartic acid, betaine anhydrous, agmatine sulfate, bitter orange extract, and Mucuna pruriens extract are not publicly disclosed in the available label data.

Does BULK contain enough beta-alanine to be clinically dosed?

That cannot be confirmed from the available label information. Beta-alanine is clinically studied at 3.2-6.4g daily, but because BULK uses a proprietary blend for most actives, there is no way to verify whether it reaches that range.

Can I use BULK if I already take creatine?

Yes, but it is actually a smart idea because the creatine amount in BULK is not disclosed. If you want to guarantee the research-backed 3-5g daily creatine monohydrate intake, keep your standalone creatine in place and treat the amount in BULK as extra rather than sufficient.

What does Mucuna pruriens do in this pre-workout?

Mucuna pruriens naturally contains L-DOPA, which is relevant to dopamine production. In practical terms, it is often included to support motivation, training drive, and a more switched-on mental feel during intense sessions.

Will BULK make me tingle?

Possibly. Beta-alanine commonly causes a harmless tingling or prickling sensation called paresthesia, but because the dose is not disclosed, the intensity of that effect will vary depending on how much is actually included.

When should I take BULK before training?

Most users will do best taking it 20-30 minutes before training. That timing gives caffeine anhydrous enough time to start absorbing so the formula is active by the time you begin your warm-up and first working sets.

Is BULK good for beginners?

Not ideal. A full scoop provides 300mg caffeine anhydrous and includes additional stimulant-supportive ingredients like bitter orange extract, so newer users should either begin with a half scoop or choose a lower-stim, fully transparent product first.

Can I stack BULK with a fat burner or energy drink?

That is generally not a good idea unless you are highly experienced with stimulants. BULK already provides 300mg caffeine and includes bitter orange extract, so adding more stimulants can increase the risk of jitters, elevated heart rate, anxiety, and poor sleep.

WORTH IT!!
Size: 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 1), Style: Fresh
After debating for a few weeks, I finally bought this interior cleaner hoping it would be better than the other stuff I had been using. I just got a new vehicle and really want to keep it detailed and nice. This stuff is FANTASTIC!! It made the whole cleaning process easier. I am a mom to 6 kids and between everyday school trips and busy sports seasons, the dirt and wear can add up QUICK. I needed something worth the money and to make my cleaning process easier and worth my time in this very busy season of life. It leaves a nice finish without any streaks or oily appearance. It dried in a timely manner and my Suburban looks and smells wonderful.

Nice Interior Cleaner / No Residue and No Shine
Size: 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 1), Style: Fresh
Most people knock Chemical Guys and it appears a rather basic , not boutique, car care line. This is one hit in the line and actually comes in at least three versions based upon the scent left after use. This one is a baby powder scent that does not linger too long nor to heavy. The cleaning power is light with no streaks. It dries quickly and does not appear to leave any markings. A light spritz on doors, dash, and interior parts and a quick wipe with MF. You could use a dampen towel also. It leaves behind no shine or dressing afterwards which is wonderful for those wanting a fresh like new appearance without the shine or goopy sticky mess.

Very nice look and perfect "sheen"..
Size: 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 1), Style: Fresh
I've been an avid detailer for 30 years. And I do love the chemicals aspect of it. I've tried many products, and the vast majority of them aren't very good. Mind you, I was starting out detailing back in the 80's, when you had a VERY limited amount of products to rely on (And yes, I remember the very first days of Armor-All when it would CRACK your dash.. Those days are, of course, long gone. But I have been a big fan of Chemical Guy's products, and have written many reviews on here about their other products. This Total Interior, I have to say, has met or exceeded my expectations. Tip and note: Always wear nitrile type gloves whenever using any chemicals for detailing, repair, etc A garage isn't complete without nitrile gloves and an air compressor.. Enough on that. First off, they say you can use it on glass, and this would replace a lot of other cleaners and protectants, I'm not sure I would use anything to clean glass other than Invisible Glass. I've tried them all, and to me, Invisible Glass is my go-to and ONLY glass cleaner. Secondly, this DOES have a UV protectant in it, which of course, led me to purchase this. I've said on here before that if you are going to take the time to detail, and make the effort, you should not waste your time with products (Especially interior products) that don't protect the interior from UV damage.. The sun is a killer on leather and plastic.. (And paint, over time).. So if you're going to use any products on your interior make sure they have UV protectants. Thirdly, they say you can use this on Leather. I for one, after working with it, probably wouldn't use it on my leather, I prefer some other products for that, and yes, don't bother using ANY leather treatment unless it has a UV protectant in it, or at least follow it up with something that DOES have a UV protectant. I personally wouldn't use this on my leather. I would use Chemical Guys' Sprayable Leather Cleaner and Conditioner (no UV protectant), and then follow it with Klasse Interior as the Klasse has a UV protectant. The Klasse is also a water based formula (The original was oil based) and it also helps to tighten the leather a bit too.. Those two in combination make a nice look. What's nice about this Total Interior Cleaner Protectant (TICP) is the way it goes on. You want to use a fairly deep piled Microfiber cloth to apply it. Pre wet the cloth with distilled water in a spray bottle. Spray the TICP generously on the interior doors and plastics. It works especially well cleaning off your armrests and control modules for windows, door locks. I would generously spray it on the door panels and work it in, but I would not spray it directly on my speaker grills or into the control buttons, you want to work around that. For those areas, after you do the general door panels, or interior, and then come back and spray on your towel, and then hit the specific areas. For the front dash, and the LCD screen, I sprayed onto my pre moistened towel, worked it in nicely, then I quickly grabbed another microfiber towel that didn't have a "pile" on it. Almost like those microfiber dishtowels. The reason why is when you go for that quick buff (And just a quick buff, that's all you need) you can and will create some static.. And when you create that static you'll break off peach fuzz off a piled microfiber cloth and it may stick due to the static. So use a microfiber towel with no pile on it and quickly buff it, you don't need much, this product is "hot" and dries fairly quickly, a couple swipes, that's it. I did get the baby oil scent, and it's reminiscent of that, but not too strong or overdone. A nice fragrance. It comes in a couple other scents. The final look is very nice, it's not a shine or a heavy sheen, it's in between the OEM flat look (When you first purchase a new car) and a light satin. Just enough sheen to spruce up the interior, but not like a basted turkey that looks greasy or oily. Just right.
