Installation Guide: Step-by-Step

Note: This process requires professional fabrication and welding skills. Ensure all internal grease is removed from the tubes before welding to avoid contamination.

1. Strip the Beam: Completely disassemble the front beam. Remove the torsion leaves, ball joints, and shocks.

2. Mark the Center Point: Identify and mark the factory center pin location on both the upper and lower tubes.

3. Cut the Travel Window: Use a mill or a cutting wheel to cut a vertical window in the center of the tube. Ensure the window is sized to allow the adjuster's grub screw its full range of travel.

4. Clear the Factory Anchor: Remove the original factory-stamped center set-screw housing.

5. Position the Adjuster: Slide the steel adjuster over the tube, aligning the 9/16" x 20 thread grub screw hole with your cut window.

6. Weld Securely: Weld the adjuster brackets to the beam tube using high-penetration MIG or TIG welding. A full, structural bead around the perimeter is required for safety.

7. Reassemble: Reinstall the torsion leaves, ensuring the grub screw seats properly into the center of the leaf stack.
