This cover has about a 5 quart gear oil capacity at the factory fill level, factory cover holds about 4 quarts.
Built-in Cooling Fins:
Built-in internal and external cooling fins increase surface area to maximize cooling of the differential oil.
Magnetic Drain/Fill Plug:
This system incorporates a magnetic drain and deep reach fill plug that captures loose particles for maximum rear-end protection.
Oil Level calibration plug:
A 1/8" NPT calibration plug is set to the factory fluid level which eliminates accidental overfilling.
Optional Accessories Available (Sold Separately):
This cover works great combined with a oil level sight glass (Part Number: 46-00001)

I was able to store a lot of spices in a small space with a couple of these. While you can screw them into the cabinet, I set them on a nonskid shelf liner and so far, don't need to permanently install them with hardware. They're adjustable and sturdy.
