‘The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Gruyere and Woori Yallock. Whole-bunch pressed
to barriques, puncheons and a foundre, 15% new wood and mlf. A light, bright, green
gold. White peach and nectarines together with a little orange blosson and grapefruit
pith. Even and long on the palate, and I like the each-way bet here between enjoying
this now but knowing it will still be looking good three to four years from now.’
