Light: This cactus thrives in bright, indirect light and can handle some direct sun, especially in the morning. A south- or west-facing window is ideal. It’s not suited to low-light spaces, so be sure to place it somewhere with plenty of natural brightness.
Water: Like most cacti, the Pilosocereus azulensis prefers to dry out completely between waterings. Water thoroughly only when the soil is fully dry, which could be every 2–4 weeks depending on light and humidity. Overwatering is the main risk—when in doubt, wait.
