Therefore the design allows you to do your workout without having to constantly take it out, which could be challenging in a gym environment This makes it a comfortable and hygienic choice. The missing front part also spares the front teeth from unnecessary pressure. 

For best power output, replace the mouthpiece after 80 hours of use, or roundabout every three months.
