Organically and regeneratively farmed at 2065masl in Huye under shade canopy by the team at K organics, this exceptional selection of RABC15 has been given the most careful treatment. Meticulous picking, sorting and cleaning leads to a 96hr anaerobic tank fermentation before slow, monitored drying under shade.
Fragrant, fruity finesse—rose & musk aroma leads to a cocktail of peach, litchi, strawberry & pomegranate, with orange wine, candy floss & chocolate rounding off a cup of remarkable clarity and a thankfully endless finish.
