G. Loomis IMX-PRO C — Primed for Big Adventure on Small Water
Small water. Big rewards. The IMX-PRO Creek [C] was built for the angler who seeks solitude over crowds — the post-work solo mission on a brushy creek, the alpine weekend wandering far from the beaten path, the pursuit of that happy, unpressured fish of a lifetime. At 7'9" with a moderate action that loads short and tracks true, the IMX-PRO C is purpose-built for tight quarters and technical presentations where a longer rod simply won't fit.
Wrapped in a shorter sock and protective tube that's equally at home lashed to a pack or stowed under the bench seat of the truck, this rod is ready for adventure whenever you are.
Key Features
- Conduit Core Technology — G. Loomis' proprietary blank construction for unmatched sensitivity and power transfer
- 7'9" compact length — moderate action that loads short and tracks true for small water precision
- Chrome single-foot guides — lightweight and low-profile for reduced weight and friction
- Chrome stripper guides
- Hook keeper
- Custom half wells premium grade cork grip
- Custom matte aluminum reel seat with weighted fighting butt
- Tube and cloth rod bag included
- Handcrafted in Woodland, Washington
Perfect For
Small streams, brushy creeks, alpine lakes, backcountry pack-in fishing, and any tight-quarters situation where a compact, precise, high-performance fly rod is the right tool for the job.
