Each box includes:
Premium Steaks This includes ribeyes, t-bone/porterhouses, filet/tenderloin, NY strip, chuck eyes and flat irons. You can expect 1-2 premium steaks in each 15 lb box, 1 premium steak in each 10 lb box.
Assorted Cuts These are the rancher cuts! Most of our meals come from this category! Possible cuts include: Roasts(chuck, sirloin, cross rib, eye of round, mock tender), Steaks(sirloin, picanha, denver, skirt, flank, carne asada, fajita, mock tender), and Other(Kabob, stew meat, shanks, short ribs). You can expect 3 lbs assorted cuts in each 15 lb box and 2 lbs assorted cuts in each 10 lb box.
Premium Ground Our ground beef is dry aged and is made from the same animal as we cut our steaks from. Each 1lb package is single animal sourced and is approximately 80/20. Each 15 lb box will contain approximately 6 lbs and each 10 lb box will contain approximately 4 lbs of premium ground!
Offal and Bones Talk about nutrient density and bioavailability! This includes liver, heart, kidney, tongue, soup bones, marrow bones, and oxtail. Each 15 lb box will contain approximately 4 lbs and each 10 lb box will contain approximately 3 lbs of offal and bones.
