Important Substitution Policy

On rare or exceptional occasions, substitutions may be necessary. If that happens, we will make sure the replacement product is as similar as possible to your original choice. We always aim to contact you first by email; however, in certain circumstances a flower or foliage substitution may be shipped without written or verbal confirmation.

• All greenery is hydrated before shipping to help it travel and arrive fresh.
• Using floral shears or a sharp knife, cut stems about 1 inch diagonally under running water.
• Fill clean buckets with approximately 4 inches of water and place your greens in the container.
• Allow greenery at least 4 hours to rehydrate, and keep it away from direct sunlight.
• Change water every 24 hours for best results.
• Vase life is about 8 days if kept in a cooler away from sunlight or heat.
