Він разом із трьома іншими романами — 'Небо для тих, хто має крила', 'Остр(і)в', 'Карпатський антидепресант' — увійшов у першу книжку авторки 'Остр(і)в', яку видало видавництво 'Фоліо', далі в серії 'Ретророман' вийшли друком два романи Галини Горицької 'Церква Святого Джеймса Бонда та інші вороги' й 'Товариство осиротілих атеїстів'.Початок 1960-х у столиці Української РСР. У Києві завдяки науково-технічному прогресу з’являється кілька станцій метро. Радянський Союз 1959 року робить перші світлини зворотного боку Місяця. А втім, Місяць знято на 'трофейну' кіноплівку, отриману з американських розвідувальних аеростатів.Бені Гудман, Едіт Піаф, як і вся 'прогнила' буржуазна музика, хоча й засуджуються, але платівки з їх піснями можна купити 'з-під прилавку' або у фарцовщиків. П’ятирічки скасували, але з’явилися семирічки, і стаханівський рух процвітає.У Радянському Союзі виходить купа газет, які пишуть однакові фейки на замовлення й бояться казати правду. Зокрема, будь-які згадки про Куренівську трагедію видаляють із періодики та художніх творів ще двадцять років по тому.То чи насправді відчуваються зміни в Україні після смерті Сталіна? Small, but twisty and fun looking. Seems relatively sturdy, though doesn't look indestructible at all.

SLIGHTLY disappointed because I thought this was bigger than it is. If you squish it all in close, it's maybe one and a half times the size of a tennis ball. (Of course, the size is probably listed; I think I just assumed, so my fault.) That being said, it's entertainingly twisty and squishy, though the rubber seems relatively sturdy. I'm not yet positive if it will hold up to the 8 month retriever/lab mix it's intended for; he tends to rip instantly through anything much less sturdy than kong natural rubber. But it seems like something that will amuse him, so we're going to give it a shot at Christmas.
