Which player uses the MRF Genius Majestic GILL 77? This bat is part of the signature series for Indian opener Shubman Gill. It features his "GILL 77" branding and is shaped to replicate the mid-to-low sweet spot profile he uses to dominate bowlers with precise timing and elegance.
What grade of willow is the MRF Genius Majestic? The MRF Genius Majestic is crafted from genuine Grade 1 English Willow. It is selected for its clean face and straight grains, offering professional-grade performance and durability that rivals the top-tier "Grand" editions.
What is the sweet spot position on this bat? The bat features a mid-to-low sweet spot, which is the preferred setup for modern openers. This allows for powerful drives down the ground while maintaining enough balance for quick back-foot punches and pulls.
Is the MRF Genius Majestic ready to play out of the box? No, even though it is a high-end Grade 1 bat, it is not fully knocked in. We recommend a complete manual knocking-in process with a mallet and oiling to compress the willow fibers and prevent cracking against new leather balls
