HOW TO ORDER:
Please read this carefully. Our products are made to order and we will make your product based on the personalization instructions you provide. We are unable to make changes once we have processed your order.

1. Select the number of hats you'd like (discounts for bulk orders).
2. Select your hat color.
3. Input which state (or country) and patch color you'd like for the patch design (you can find the patch colors in the listing photos).

THAT'S IT! We'll take care of the rest. 

SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
All orders are processed in the order they are received and typically are shipped within 1-2 business days. 

Most products ship via standard UPS/FedEx and USPS ground and take 2-5 days to be delivered. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Because each item is unique and made to order we cannot accept exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. With that said, if there are any defects, damages or errors we will happily make you a new product.
