  FLEX NEOPRENE: The measurements listed above represent the flat-laid actual dimensions of the garment. Due to the highly flexible nature of the flex neoprene material, the garment will stretch and adjust to fit when worn.
  Fit Difference Between Land and Water: The fit of a wetsuit may feel different on land compared to in the water. On land, the wetsuit will generally feel tighter because it hasn't been stretched by water. Once submerged, the material stretches and molds to your body, offering a more comfortable and flexible fit in the water. Therefore, the wetsuit may feel slightly tighter on land than when you're actually in the water.
