Made from 100% Chardonnay grown on calcareous and clay soils rich in marine fossils, the wine reflects the mineral character of this historic terroir. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks, with part of the base wine aged in used tonneaux.

Blanc de Blancs Dosaggio Zero by Alessandra Divella is an artisanal Metodo Classico sparkling wine produced in Gussago, on the eastern hills of the Franciacorta area in Lombardy. Made from 100% Chardonnay grown on calcareous and clay soils rich in marine fossils, the wine reflects the mineral character of this historic terroir. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks, with part of the base wine aged in used tonneaux. The wine then undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and ages for at least 30 months on the lees before disgorgement without dosage. Production is extremely limited, with only 7,938 bottles produced.
