5g Citrulline, 3.2g Beta-Alanine, and a true thermogenic stack

BlackMarket Labs Cuts Diamond is a thermogenic pre-workout that keeps your workouts strong while ramping up heat, calorie burn, and intensity. Lots of fat-loss pres overload on stims and skip the gym part. This one starts with solid workout boosters—5,000mg L-citrulline and 3,200mg beta-alanine—then adds a big carnitine thermogenic setup, stim energy, and some metabolism helpers.

First, the workout base. 5g L-citrulline is a strong dose. It's a bit under the 6-8g in some pump formulas, but still in the range that boosts arginine and nitric oxide—nitric oxide helps with blood flow. Citrulline works better than arginine because it skips gut and liver issues, so you get better pumps, more oxygen to muscles, and less flat feeling during cuts. 3.2g beta-alanine is the standard dose from studies that show it helps with high-intensity work, like 1-10 minute efforts. It builds carnosine in muscles over time. Carnosine buffers acid, so the burn hits later and you last longer.

The thermogenic part stands out. It uses a stacked carnitine approach: 1,500mg L-carnitine tartrate, 500mg acetyl-L-carnitine, and 500mg L-carnitine fumarate. That's 2.5g total carnitine. Solid amount. L-carnitine moves fatty acids into mitochondria for burning. L-carnitine tartrate is also commonly used

BlackMarket Cuts Diamond by BlackMarket Labs contains 291mcg Chromium, a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg L-Citrulline — this is a real dose that boosts nitric oxide through arginine. In a cutting pre, it keeps your pumps going, improves blood flow, and stops that over-stimulated flat feeling.
  • 3,200mg Beta-Alanine — the go-to daily dose for raising muscle carnosine. Studies show it helps with high-intensity stuff, like 1-10 minute efforts in dense lifting sessions.
  • 2,500mg total carnitine from three types — 1,500mg L-carnitine tartrate, 500mg acetyl-L-carnitine, and 500mg L-carnitine fumarate. Way better than a weak single carnitine throw-in. It helps with fat transport to mitochondria and energy during workouts.
  • 300mg Caffeine Anhydrous — a solid, straightforward hit for quick brain boost. You'll feel more alert, motivated, and ready, especially if dieting has you low on energy.
  • About 60mg Synephrine from 300mg Citrus Aurantium Extract at 20%. Real thermogenic dose, not just for show. Paired with caffeine, it changes how the whole thing feels.
  • 40mg Grains of Paradise plus 50mg Evodiamine — these heat up your body and boost calorie burn. Makes it feel like a real cutting pre, more than just caffeine.
  • 30mg ProGBB — shows up in sweaty fat-burners and thermogenic pres. Research is lighter than on caffeine or beta-alanine, but people pick it for extra heat and sweat.
  • 600mg Choline Bitartrate — helps make acetylcholine for better focus during training. With all the stims, this keeps the energy aimed at your workout.

BlackMarket Cuts Diamond by BlackMarket Labs contains 291mcg Chromium, a effective dose for health and performance.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique folks in a deficit who want productive workouts, not flat ones. 5g L-citrulline saves pump and quality, while 300mg caffeine, synephrine, grains of paradise, and ProGBB bring hot thermo feel cutters love.
  • Intermediate lifters in muscle-building phases with short rests and high volume. 3.2g beta-alanine is the classic dose for buffering acid and keeping output up in burning sets.
  • Seasoned pre users who say fat burners are weak for gym and pres are basic for cuts. This delivers both—citrulline and beta-alanine for performance, plus multi-thermo system.
  • Morning fasted trainers needing alert kick and heat for cardio or weights. 300mg caffeine and synephrine give quick drive, carnitine fits fat metabolism goals.
  • Recomp people mixing lifts with walks, circuits, sleds, or finishers. Supports strength and sweaty parts without being pure cardio burner.
  • Folks who want obvious pre effects like tingles and sweat. 3.2g beta-alanine, 300mg caffeine, and thermos make it felt, not guessed.

How to Use

If new to thermo pres, stim-sensitive, or training fasted, start with half scoop. Full scoop has 300mg caffeine plus real synephrine—check tolerance. Take 20-30 minutes pre-workout so stims, thermogenics, citrulline, and choline hit before sets. Mix in 10-14 oz cold water with a shaker for good flavor and ease on stomach—more water if you want it milder. Empty stomach makes it stronger and quicker. Light meal smooths it if caffeine or synephrine bugs you. Don't stack with other stim fat burners, pres, or caffeine drinks unless you know your limits. Add daily creatine monohydrate for strength and ATP support this lacks. Use on training days to avoid tolerance build. Store sealed in cool, dry spot for fresh powder and taste.

What to Expect

0-10 minutes: tastes like a regular pre powder. First thing you notice is mental pickup and maybe early warmth from thermogenics. 10-20 minutes: caffeine hits clear, beta-alanine tingles often start, and it feels alive. 20-40 minutes: prime training window—high energy, sharp focus, more body heat, and 5g citrulline keeps it from feeling flat. 40-90 minutes: still going with drive and sweat, but peak eases off. Days 1-7: mostly caffeine, synephrine, and thermo effects—beta-alanine needs time. Weeks 2-4: beta-alanine builds up, shifting from strong feel to real help in tough blocks.

Key Ingredients

  • Chromium — Adds light metabolic support to the cutting formula

BlackMarket Cuts Diamond by BlackMarket Labs contains 291mcg Chromium, a effective dose for health and performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in BlackMarket Labs Cuts Diamond per serving?

Cuts Diamond provides 300mg caffeine anhydrous per 1-scoop serving. That is a strong dose on its own, and the formula also includes citrus aurantium extract standardized to 20% synephrine, so the overall stimulant and thermogenic feel is stronger than a plain 300mg caffeine pre-workout.

Is the 5g L-citrulline dose actually enough for a good pump?

Yes. While many pump-focused products push 6-8g, 5g L-citrulline is still a meaningful, research-aligned dose that supports nitric oxide production and blood flow. In a thermogenic pre-workout category where pump ingredients are often weak or missing entirely, 5g is a real strength.

Why does this formula use three forms of carnitine?

Cuts Diamond uses 1,500mg L-carnitine tartrate, 500mg acetyl-L-carnitine, and 500mg L-carnitine fumarate for a total of 2.5g carnitine forms. The logic is broader coverage: tartrate is common in sports nutrition, ALCAR adds a cognitive and mitochondrial angle, and the full matrix supports the formula’s training-plus-thermogenic identity better than a single-form token dose.

Will this make me sweat more than a normal pre-workout?

For many users, yes. The combination of synephrine, grains of paradise, evodiamine, caffeine, and ProGBB is specifically designed to create a hotter, more thermogenic experience than a standard performance pre-workout.

Is 3.2g beta-alanine a real clinical dose?

Yes. 3.2g is the classic benchmark dose used in a large body of beta-alanine research and is widely considered the minimum full daily target for building muscle carnosine over time. The tingling is acute, but the real performance benefit comes with consistent use over weeks.

Can I stack Cuts Diamond with another fat burner?

In most cases, that is not a good idea. With 300mg caffeine plus synephrine and additional thermogenic ingredients already included, stacking another stimulant-based burner can quickly become excessive and increase the risk of jitters, rapid heartbeat, and sleep disruption.

Should I take Cuts Diamond fasted or with food?

Fasted use will usually make the stimulant and thermogenic effects feel faster and stronger. If you are sensitive to caffeine or synephrine, taking it with a light meal can smooth out the experience, though the onset may feel slightly slower.

Is this a good pre-workout for cutting?

Yes, that is exactly where it makes the most sense. The formula combines true pre-workout support from 5g citrulline and 3.2g beta-alanine with a layered thermogenic stack, making it more useful during fat-loss phases than a simple high-caffeine pre.

How does this compare to a regular pump pre-workout?

A regular pump pre is usually built around nitric oxide support with little or no stimulant or thermogenic push. Cuts Diamond still gives you a meaningful pump ingredient in 5g citrulline, but its identity is hotter, more energizing, and much more cutting-focused because of caffeine, synephrine, grains of paradise, evodiamine, and ProGBB.

Do I need to cycle this formula?

It is not mandatory, but many users benefit from cycling or at least reserving it for training days because stimulant tolerance can build over time. Beta-alanine works best with consistency, so if you take breaks from the full pre-workout, you can maintain beta-alanine separately if that cumulative benefit matters to you.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.
