Slowly fermented and distilled in a reflux still in our Botany Distillery and then aged to perfection in American oak barrels to create an incredibly smooth and enjoyable drink. Our rum is released in single barrel releases. There will be slight differences per barrel. Cask 2632 aged for just over 3 years.
