The result is a combination of four different hydrophobic fabrics hand-chosen for their compression and stretch characteristics. These high quality Italian fabrics are sourced from renowned textile manufacturer Taiana and were developed for our competition pool suits with hydrophobic qualities built into the yarns. These fabrics are infused to repel water instead of after-market coatings that can lose their water repellency over time.
The PZ4TX swimskin ensures compressive properties with an innovative side panel that improves swimming position and athlete performance.
Swimskins are a thin, compressive fabric suit designed to maximize your speed when the water is too warm for a wetsuit. They do not provide buoyancy or warmth like a wetsuit.
KEY FEATURES:
Premium Italian Fabrics:
Premium, Italian made, Taiana fabrics are infused with hydrophobic properties at the yarn level to create a faster, more water repellant suit that will retain these qualities with lots of use.
Designed for Speed:
Four different premium fabrics are used to maximize the fit and performance of the suit, offering optimal muscle compression, exceptional breathability and speed in the water. In addition, these fabrics retain shape and compressive fit longer.
Locking Zipper:
Flip the zipper head up and the suit unzips, flipped down it stays locked in place. This unique zipper ensures you'll never have to deal with a suit accidentally getting unzipped during a race and makes for lighting quick removal in T1.
Ultra Sonic Welded Seams:
All seams on the suit are ultra sonic welded to keep the suit flat and fast in the water. Folded and bonded seam edges reduce chafing and pressure points.
No Overheating:
White, heat reflective fabric on the back of the suit provides optimal thermoregulation to keep you cool.
Compressive Fit:
Designed to fit like a second skin, the compressive fabric increases speed.
Performance Patterning:
Innovative side paneling improves body position while swimming.
