Ready to riiip some skids in your Panther chassis? Adds an additional rear brake caliper to be installed on its own dedicated hydraulic circuit to allow one to lock up the rear wheels and induce slide. Typically used in conjunction with a hand operated master cylinder (such as Wilwood handle 40-14769 and 3/4 or 13/16 master 260-10373 – not included). Factory braking system is untouched so all normal operation remains as usual.
We used a BIG rigid aluminum Wilwood caliper mounted to custom billet brackets for instant rear wheel control! Calipers supplied in red powder coated finish. Simple install, bolts on with the exception of trimming the sheet metal dust shield (template included!). Includes pads. This pad style is available in many different compounds to tailor feel to your liking later on. Compatible with any OEM or aftermarket rotor designed for the 03-11 panther.
