Unveiling the Depths of Christmas: A Riveting Exploration Beyond Biblical Narratives
Format: Hardcover
As a devout Christian with a penchant for insightful literature, I was captivated by 'Christmas: The Rest of the Story' the moment I laid eyes on it. This masterful work delves into the historical context surrounding the birth of Christ, offering a treasure trove of additional facts gleaned from meticulous research. The author's prose is as exquisite as the illustrations that adorn its pages, weaving a narrative that not only enriches our understanding of Christmas but also reaffirms the credibility of the biblical account. This book is more than just a read; it's a timeless keepsake, destined to be cherished and shared for generations to come. I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow believers seeking deeper insights into the holiday's significance. Prepare to be enlightened and inspired!

Incredible reading
Format: Hardcover
I bought this just before Christmas when a guest speaker talked about it in our church. I immediately looked up and bought it right away. This is a quality book. Hard bound with heavy gloss paper and nice art inside and out. But the real value is inside. I couldn't put it down. If you've ever wanted to know more indepth details about the Christmas story, a detailed and true explanation of the birth of Jesus, this is the book to buy. It's worth every penny. If you've ever had questions like: why those shepherds? what made them so special? details about the "wise men", why do only Luke and Mark detail these events, why Nazareth? and so much more... buy the book! I took my book over my daughter's house for Christmas Eve with her and her kids + a few friends. They aren't all as familiar with scripture as my husband and I are, but I've insisted on continuing the tradition my mom started of reading the Christmas Story before we open any presents. I brought this book and told them a few things covered in the book... like where the manger was. When we left, I offered to leave the book if anyone wanted to look at it... one of the girls excitedly said she was hoping I would leave it. She really wanted to read it. I couldn't have been more thrilled. I would encourage anyone interested in this book to buy it, read it, and give it to someone else who will read it too. For the money, what a great witnessing tool! It's so factual, it will speak to those who are kind of "on the fence".

Absolutely The Best Christmas Story Told!
Format: Hardcover
This book will forever be cherished and pasted on to my grandchildren. With all the wonderful illustrations and information that I have never known before. I am going to continue to be reading this book over and over because I love the opportunity of learning about Jesus with facts of history from an author who has done the research. I am planning on purchasing more to give as gifts.
