This Longhorn Fab Shop Bolt-On Traction Bar Bracket Kit provides the foundation needed to build a custom traction bar setup that helps keep the rear axle planted and the power moving to the ground.
Designed for Ford Super Duty trucks, this bracket kit offers a simple bolt-on installation using basic hand tools. The front frame brackets bolt directly to the frame, eliminating the need for complex fabrication during installation. By helping control axle wrap and wheel hop, a properly designed traction bar system can improve traction, reduce driveline shock, and provide a more controlled driving experience, whether the truck is used for daily driving, towing, racing, or competition.
Each bracket is laser cut and CNC-bent for consistent fitment and strength, and the kit includes Grade 8 mounting hardware for a secure installation. Built to handle demanding applications, the brackets are backed by Longhorn Fab Shop's lifetime warranty against bending.
IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE: This kit does not fit 2017.5 and newer Ford trucks equipped with a boxed frame.
