Because each figurine is hand carved (handicraft) and crafted out of natural wood, some variations in design and finish are a norm. No one handicraft is alike and so your sculpture is the only one in the whole wide world.
* The tallest elephant measures approximately 20.5" tall, 5" wide and 2.5" deep. The middle elephant measures 16" tall, 4.25" wide and 2" deep. The smallest elephant measures 12" tall, 3.5" wide and 2" deep.
