Light: Mammillaria elongata cristata thrives in bright light and enjoys several hours of direct sunlight each day. A sunny windowsill is ideal. Plenty of light helps maintain its compact growth and encourages healthy development.
Water: Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. As a cactus, it is highly drought-tolerant and prefers infrequent watering. Water sparingly during the growing season and reduce watering significantly during winter to prevent root rot.
