New Mechanics

• Bounty: a way to gain a benefit for defeating or capturing enemy units
• Smuggle: a way to play cards you've already put face down as resources
• Capture: a form of temporary removal; when you capture a unit, you put the captured unit facedown under the capturing unit until it leaves play
