Velvet Cleansing Milk is an effective but gentle cleanser for skin that's dry, normal, or moderately oily. If you use the double cleansing method, Velvet Cleansing Milk is a second cleanser. It's strong enough to remove sunscreen and light makeup, but waterproof makeup may require an oil cleanser or makeup remover first.
