Organic labels serve precisely this purpose. Maria Sole has chosen to take part in this certification process and is therefore a certified 100% organic espresso coffee, roasted over a wood fire. The cultivation and processing of the beans are subject to repeated and strict controls, enabling this exceptional product to carry the European organic label in addition to the national organic labels.

Only annually cut wood is used for wood roasting, which preserves the natural raw material. The low roasting temperature allows a particularly long roasting time, up to around 30 minutes, making Maria Sole Linea Verde soft, delicate and light. With Maria Sole Linea Verde, you're choosing a coffee with special characteristics.

Taste: Very dense structure, extremely well-balanced acidity-body ratio with slightly lively elements. Smooth finish with a persistent, very pleasant aftertaste. Highly tolerable/digestible thanks to its low caffeine, tannin and bitterness content.

Excellent as an espresso and for milk-based preparations.
