With an ABV of 57.9%, it is a robust dram, yet beautifully balanced.
On the nose, Octomore 15.2 opens with a burst of sweet citrus, lime zest, and lemon meringue, followed by toasted oak and a subtle hint of smoke. A vibrant mix of tropical fruit, woody spices, and roasted coffee beans complements the whisky’s signature peat smoke. The palate is velvety and viscous, offering layers of vanilla custard, caramel, and toffee, with notes of black pepper, charred oak, and cinnamon.
