New to Tilley's, the Tristan Shiraz is part of the 'Barossa Classic' range from Sorby Adams, and a perfect partner to the Isolde Cabernet Sauvignon. This beautiful pairing is inspired by the 12th century Celtic tale of two lovers fated to share a forbidden but undying love.
The wine presents a bold and captivating expression of Barossa Valley Shiraz. It is full-bodied and well-structured, with velvety tannins that provide a plush mouthfeel. Flavours of ripe black fruits dominate, accompanied by nuances of dark chocolate, vanilla, and a faint herbal undertone that adds complexity. The oak influence is beautifully integrated, contributing to the wine's smooth finish while maintaining the bright fruit characteristics.
This wine strikes a perfect balance between power and elegance, showcasing the hallmark richness of Shiraz with refined depth.
This stunning, sophisticated Shiraz is approachable now but has the structure to age gracefully.
