10g Citrulline, VasoDrive-AP®, and a real high-energy brain boost

Black Magic X Panda Sinister, now called Savage, is a fully open-label, high-energy pre-workout that hits three big areas: killer blood flow, real stamina, and an engaging session powered by stims and brain boosters. This isn't some basic caffeine-and-pump mix. It's a stacked setup with solid doses on key ingredients, plus a unique mood and focus blend that gives it character.

In a full 2-scoop dose, you get 10,000mg L-citrulline as the base. That's important because studies often show 6-8g is where citrulline shines, and this goes higher. Citrulline boosts arginine better than taking arginine straight—it skips the gut breakdown, ramps up nitric oxide for better blood flow, and helps clear out waste like ammonia through the urea cycle. In your workout, that means bigger pumps, better muscle feeding, and hanging in longer on tough sets.

Then there's 4,000mg beta-alanine. This stuff builds up carnosine in your muscles over time, and carnosine fights the acid buildup that causes that deep burn. You end up pushing through more reps, supersets, and hard efforts without tapping out early. It's over the usual 3.2g daily amount in research, so using it regularly is key.

2,500mg betaine anhydrous is dosed right where performance studies like it. Betaine acts as an osmolyte (pulls water into cells) and methyl donor, helping with hydration and power. Paired with 100mg sodium from Himalayan pink sea salt, it makes your muscles feel pumped and strong, not flat.

For focus, it stacks 1,500mg L-tyrosine with 750mg DMAE bitartrate, 600mg Alpha GPC 50% powder, and 220mg choline from bitartrate in the full serving. Tyrosine is the star

Panda Sinister Savage by Panda Supps contains 100mg Sodium, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 10,000mg L-Citrulline per full serving — that's more than the 6-8g sweet spot for nitric oxide boosts and workout gains. It turns into arginine efficiently and supports the urea cycle, so you get better blood flow and less fatigue when you're grinding.
  • 4,000mg Beta-Alanine — a solid endurance player dosed higher than the usual 3.2g for building muscle carnosine. That's huge for high-rep stuff, supersets, and back-to-back hard sets where acid buildup normally kills your output.
  • 2,500mg Betaine Anhydrous — spot on with what studies use for power and cell hydration. It makes your session feel stronger and more pumped, especially with the sodium and overall pump setup.
  • 1,500mg L-Tyrosine — a hefty dose for focus during tough lifts. It helps make catecholamines, keeping your head in the game and drive high when tiredness wants to mess with you.
  • 1,000mg Agmatine Sulfate — a good amount for blood vessel support on top of that big citrulline hit. This pre builds pumps through different ways, which is what you want in a top-tier formula.
  • 508mg VasoDrive-AP® — the full patented dose, not just a sprinkle. This milk-derived extract relaxes arteries via ACE inhibition, making it a cool non-stim way to crank up blood flow and pump feel.
  • 100mg S7® plus 25mg AstraGin® — these branded extras are here to help, not just look good. S7® adds plant-based nitric oxide support, and AstraGin® boosts how well everything absorbs.
  • Dual caffeine setup — quick-hitting anhydrous for fast energy and zümXR® extended-release for a steady ride. It feels smoother than a one-shot caffeine that spikes and drops hard.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in growth phases wanting more than energy from their pre. The 10g citrulline, 1g agmatine, 508mg VasoDrive-AP®, and 2.5g betaine are all about boosting pumps, fullness, and session quality across sets.
  • Intermediate to advanced lifters on high-volume push/pull/legs or upper/lower plans. The 4g beta-alanine fights acid during packed workouts, and the full brain stack keeps form tight when fatigue hits.
  • Stim pros who think 200mg pres are weak. Caffeine anhydrous, zümXR®, theobromine, PEA, kanna, and halostachine deliver a harder, happier hit than basic stuff.
  • Lifters big on mind-muscle link and purpose, not just buzz. Tyrosine, Alpha GPC, choline, and DMAE make sessions feel intentional, with better focus on squeezes and targets.
  • Athletes in build-up or fatigue-heavy phases where reps get limited by burnout. Beta-alanine and betaine fit perfect, boosting buffers and cell performance under stress.
  • Folks who like open labels to check doses, not guess. This lists every big player, including patents, so you can match to studies.

How to Use

Most folks take this 20-30 minutes pre-workout so caffeine, tyrosine, and focus ingredients build up before heavy stuff. Begin with 1 scoop if it's new or you're not big on stims; full 2 scoops are for vets. Mix 1 in 10-16 oz water or 2 in 16-24 oz, shake it good in a bottle since it's packed. Empty stomach speeds it up, but if stims bug you, eat light 60-90 minutes before. Don't add coffee, energy drinks, or stim fat burners, especially at full dose. Stack with creatine, hydration drinks, or intra carbs works; extra brain stims don't. Use steady for beta-alanine benefits, cycle off if tolerance creeps up. Keep it sealed cool and dry to maintain taste and ingredients.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: taste hits first, then rising energy, and often beta-alanine tingles at higher doses. Minutes 10-20: quick caffeine, tyrosine, and mood boosters sharpen your edge and build workout drive. Minutes 20-40: peak time for most, with full stim action and pumps showing as sets roll. Minutes 40-90: theobromine and zümXR® keep it steady, avoiding a hard drop like plain caffeine. Days 1-7: feel the instant stuff right off, but beta-alanine is still loading. Weeks 2-4: carnosine builds from steady beta-alanine, making heavy sessions easier with less burn and fade.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Black Magic X Panda Sinister (Savage) Pre-Workout?

The label includes 175mg caffeine anhydrous plus 50mg zümXR® extended-release caffeine per scoop, and doubles those amounts at 2 scoops. Because zümXR® is a 72% caffeine material, the exact caffeine yield depends on how the brand is calculating active caffeine versus raw material, but the practical takeaway is simple: this is a high-stim formula, especially at 2 scoops.

Is 1 scoop enough, or do I need the full 2-scoop serving?

1 scoop is the right place to start for most users, especially if you have not used this formula before. The full 2-scoop serving is where the formula really shows its intended architecture, delivering 10g citrulline, 4g beta-alanine, 2.5g betaine, 1.5g tyrosine, 1g agmatine, and the full 508mg VasoDrive-AP®.

What makes the pump from this formula different from a standard pre-workout?

Most pre-workouts rely heavily on one pump ingredient, usually an underdosed citrulline amount. Sinister (Savage) stacks high-dose citrulline with agmatine, S7®, sodium, and full-serving VasoDrive-AP®, which works through ACE inhibition rather than the same pathway as citrulline.

Will this make me tingle?

Yes, many users will feel beta-alanine paresthesia, especially at or near the full serving. That tingling sensation is normal and harmless; it is a known side effect of beta-alanine and not an indicator that anything is wrong.

Is this a good pre-workout for focus as well as energy?

Yes. Beyond stimulants, the formula includes 1,500mg L-tyrosine, 600mg Alpha GPC 50%, choline bitartrate, and DMAE, which gives it a more developed focus profile than many high-stim pre-workouts that rely almost entirely on caffeine.

Can I stack this with a pump product?

You can, but you should choose a stim-free pump product and pay attention to overlapping ingredients. Since this already provides 10g citrulline, 1g agmatine, S7®, and VasoDrive-AP®, most users will not need much additional pump support unless they are intentionally chasing an extreme blood-flow stack.

Does this need to be cycled?

The formula does not require cycling for safety in the way a hormone product might, but cycling can make sense from a practical standpoint. High-stim formulas can lose some of their impact as caffeine tolerance rises, so many experienced users run them more strategically rather than every single training day indefinitely.

Why is VasoDrive-AP® important here?

VasoDrive-AP® is a patented casein hydrolysate standardized for the peptides VPP and IPP, which act as natural ACE inhibitors. That gives this formula a blood-flow mechanism distinct from nitric oxide precursors, helping make the pump feel more complete and more premium than a citrulline-only design.

Is this suitable for evening workouts?

For most users, no. Between the immediate and sustained caffeine sources plus supporting stimulatory compounds like theobromine and halostachine, this is better suited to morning or afternoon training if sleep quality matters to you.

Does this contain any allergens?

Yes, it includes VasoDrive-AP®, which is derived from casein, a milk protein. Anyone with a milk allergy or strong dairy sensitivity should take that into account before using the product.

Vale is an 8 month pregnant omega working as a waitress at a strip club and a cam girl. She starts to get very creepy vibes from a regular at the club, and her baby daddy ghosted her. She has had an online relationship with a man named Bishop through her cam girl status. One night, bishop was paying to watch her sleep and ansthe creepy regular Andrew break in and watch her sleep he tells vale to come to him at his business now. She flees and finds herself at a large security company with some.hot of alphas who are there to help her. This imegaverse is a little different than I have read, but I am thoroughly enjoying it. Vale is not a traditional omega she was raised by a single beta mom, and the alphas are not normal alphas they have never really loved pack life. But they are ruthless mercenaries. They need her, and she needs them. I love the aspect of the stalker and now the plot twists at the end, so so good. Sometimes, it seemed a little slow and stale mated, but since this a duet, I think It was just her starting to have Vale get to know her alpha suitors. Cliffhanger for sure with this one.

That ending 😫
Format: Kindle
I fell into a false sense of security and really thought this was gearing towards a happy ending. Then I realized there’s no work they don’t punish Andrew. I really liked Vale’s character. I don’t normally read books with pregnancy but going into this knowing she was pregnant made it more enjoyable for me. I loved Bishops devotion to her and her happiness. I also loved that Holt and Mercy couldn’t fight their attraction to her. I love scent matches so very much. I’m so curious to see how this duet will end up. And I need to pay more attention and notice that a book I’m starting is a duet to begin with lol

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

Fun read
Format: Kindle
I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books. The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.
