I had great fun designing this bag by hand in pen and ink in my small UK studio, as part of my range of bat cards and gifts. Bats have always fascinated me with their mysterious nocturnal nature, and their (often unfair) association with vampires, Dracula and Gothic folklore — though I think they're wonderful creatures in their own right. I built a pond in our garden to encourage insects, and the bats are often here hunting, they are a delight to watch!
My bat bags are made here in the UK in small sustainable quantities, digitally printed on durable cotton fabric for vibrant detail. I have added a black waterproof lining for style and practicality and a secure zip fastener. Perfect for gifting… I use these cosmetic bags every day here in my home and on my travels! I hope you enjoy using them too, take some bats wherever you go.

Bag Details-
- Handmade here in the UK
- 100% cotton bag, with black waterproof lining — just in case!
- Digitally printed with my original hand drawn pen and ink bat illustration
- Black zip fastener along the top (with no gaps so things can't escape)
- Approximate external dimensions: 23.5cm x 12cm, with a useful 6cm gusset base for extra room
- Wash at 40°C Max
- Comes with my square Teeth and Claws cardboard tag/info card as pictured.
- Bag only. Contents and accessories for illustration, but some of the small objects I store in mine!
Please note I pack and post cosmetic bags (gently) flattened as this fits large letter size post, to save packaging and postage costs.
