The Synapse Auto Remanufactured HE300VG Turbo Actuator is the perfect replacement for a failed turbocharger actuator on your 2013-2023 Ram 6.7L Cummins.

The actuator is responsible for telling the turbo when to "open" and "close" for its variable geometry functionality. When the actuator fails, typically electronically, it can no longer give the proper commands to the turbo, losing VGT functionality. Over time, the internal components of your turbo system, including the actuator, can wear down due to extreme heat and pressure, leading to loss of performance, sluggish acceleration, and even potential turbo or engine damage. This actuator is a direct fit replacement for the factory HE300VG turbo actuator, making it an ideal choice for restoring your turbo system to peak condition. Instead of buying a brand new unit, Synapse Auto remanufactures these actuators to meet OE specifications, ensuring reliability and quality without compromise. Installation requires no modifications, but you will need a scan tool (not included) to recalibrate the actuator after installation.

If your HE300VG actuator is failing, don’t wait until it hurts your truck's performance get your Cummins back to full power with this high quality remanufactured replacement from Synapse Auto.

Very well built.
Well build. Very solid for the price. I used #1 AWG cable. I don't like the pinch bolt connection. It tries to drill through the cable, and spreads the strands. Only about 2/3rds are pinched under the knurled bolt tip. I'll keep an eye on it, and if the connection heats up, I'll pull apart, straighten the strands, and tin the ends with solder so they don't crush much. See how that works. A concave, half circle piece under the pinch bolt would be better IMO. That would keep strands together as they crushed down.
