6g Citrulline, 200mg Caffeine, Straight-Up Moderate-Stim Boost

Bucked UP | CLA isn't a CLA softgel—it's a moderate-stim pre-workout focused on four big wins: pumps from nitric oxide, energy from stims, sharp focus, and better tolerance for intense training. The setup is simple and solid: 6,000mg citrulline malate for blood flow, 200mg caffeine anhydrous for that quick energy boost, 2,000mg beta-alanine to help with fatigue, and AlphaSize® alpha-GPC for better mind-muscle connection. It's all transparent and built for real performance, not just a bunch of random stuff thrown in.

The 6,000mg citrulline malate is the MVP here. Your body turns citrulline into arginine, which boosts nitric oxide. That means wider blood vessels, better flow, more oxygen and nutrients to your muscles, killer pumps, and often more reps. 6g is a real dose that works, not just for show.

Beta-alanine at 2,000mg is helpful, but let's be real—it's under the ideal 3,200-6,400mg daily range from studies. It helps make carnosine in your muscles, which fights the acid buildup during tough sets. This delays that burning feeling so you can push longer, especially in workouts lasting 1-10 minutes. You'll feel some benefits with regular use, but for the full effect, you might need more from your diet or another supp.

Caffeine anhydrous at 200mg keeps it moderate. It's enough to amp up alertness, motivation, energy, and performance without going too far.

Key Highlights

  • 6,000mg Citrulline Malate — this is a legit dose that delivers. It boosts arginine and nitric oxide, opening up blood flow so your muscles get more oxygen and nutrients during lifts, leading to better pumps and more work.
  • 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous — solid amount for noticeable alertness, motivation, and intensity without overdoing it. It hits fast, so you feel it right when you need it for training.
  • 2,000mg Beta-Alanine — here to help build carnosine and buffer acid in your muscles during high-intensity stuff. It's below the 3.2-6.4g clinical sweet spot, so think of it as good support, not the full deal on its own.
  • 200mg AlphaSize® — this branded alpha-GPC from Chemi Nutra boosts acetylcholine for better focus and muscle control. It makes the energy feel cleaner and more dialed-in than just caffeine.
  • 100mcg Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin — active form that helps with energy production and nerve function. It's not a stim, but it fits right in to support the overall energy vibe.
  • Fully disclosed label — everything's listed out with exact doses. In a world of hidden blends, this lets you see what's strong, what's supportive, and what's light.
  • 100mg Himalayan Rock Salt — a bit of electrolytes to help with hydration and make the workout feel smoother, especially with the pump ingredients. It's not a full hydration supp, but it adds a nice touch for sweaty sessions.
  • Taurine included for cell hydration and support — taurine helps with water balance and calcium in cells. At 100mg, it's low compared to the 1-3g in studies, so it's more of a light helper here.

Who Is This For?

  • Intermediate lifters doing pump-focused muscle-building workouts. 6,000mg citrulline malate delivers the flow for fuller, more productive push-pull-leg days, with 200mg caffeine keeping energy steady.
  • Folks who like moderate stims over intense ones. 200mg caffeine gives a nice lift without messing up your form, hunger, or sleep.
  • Athletes wanting better mind-muscle feel. AlphaSize® alpha-GPC sharpens focus and signals, great for controlled reps and isolation work.
  • Cross-trainers with high-intensity bursts in 1-10 minutes. Beta-alanine buffers acid via carnosine, and at 2,000mg it's supportive for endurance.
  • People stepping up from plain caffeine to a fuller pre. Adds real pump with 6g citrulline and focus from AlphaSize®.
  • Morning gym crew needing reliable kick. Caffeine hits steady, citrulline wakes the session, without the heavy feel of stronger blends.

How to Use

Take one scoop 20-30 minutes pre-workout to let caffeine peak when you start lifting. New to this or sensitive? Half scoop for a few times to test it out. Mix in a shaker with cold water—more water for milder taste and better mix. Empty stomach makes it hit faster, but if it bugs your gut, have it with a small meal 60-90 minutes before. Don't stack with other caffeine right before unless you're tracking totals. Pairs awesome with creatine—creatine rebuilds energy stores, beta-alanine fights acid. No need to cycle for safety, but tolerance can build, so mix in low-stim weeks sometimes. Keep it cool and dry for best scoopability.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: after drinking, not much yet, but an empty stomach speeds it up. 10-20 minutes: caffeine starts hitting with more alertness and motivation, some get beta-alanine tingles like harmless pins and needles. 20-40 minutes: prime time—energy's on, focus is sharp, and 6g citrulline brings better flow, pumps, and workout feel. 40-90 minutes: energy holds for most sessions, with pumps and drive keeping you going without a big drop. Days 1-7: feel the pump, energy, focus right away, beta-alanine starts building in the background. Weeks 2-4: regular use makes beta-alanine shine for tough efforts, though you might need more total for full benefits. Overall, it's killer for same-day boosts with some endurance buildup.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Bucked UP | CLA actually a CLA fat burner?

Not based on the verified formula provided here. This formula is a pre-workout built around 6,000mg citrulline malate, 2,000mg beta-alanine, 200mg caffeine anhydrous, and 200mg AlphaSize®, which places it firmly in the performance category rather than a standalone CLA softgel category.

How much caffeine is in Bucked UP | CLA per serving?

Each serving provides 200mg caffeine anhydrous. That is a moderate stimulant dose—strong enough for a clear pre-workout effect, but generally more manageable than the 300-400mg formulas common in the high-stim category.

Is 6,000mg citrulline malate a good dose?

Yes. 6g citrulline malate is a credible, research-aligned performance dose and one of the strongest parts of the formula. This is the ingredient most responsible for improved pump, blood flow, and the fuller training feel users look for in a pre-workout.

Is the beta-alanine dose fully clinical?

Not by itself. Beta-alanine is included at 2,000mg, while the best-supported daily range in the literature is 3,200-6,400mg. It still contributes, especially with consistent use, but users seeking full carnosine-loading support may want additional beta-alanine elsewhere in their routine.

What does AlphaSize® do in this formula?

AlphaSize® is a branded alpha-GPC ingredient used to support acetylcholine production, focus, and neuromuscular output. In practice, it helps turn caffeine’s stimulation into a more controlled, connected training feel rather than just raw energy.

When should I take this pre-workout?

Take it 20-30 minutes before training. That timing works well with caffeine anhydrous, which absorbs quickly and usually lines up well with the beginning of your work sets.

Can I stack this with coffee or an energy drink?

You can, but you should track total caffeine carefully. Since this formula already contains 200mg caffeine anhydrous, adding more stimulants can push the session from productive to jittery, especially if you are not highly caffeine tolerant.

Will this make me tingle?

Possibly. The 2,000mg beta-alanine dose can cause paresthesia, a harmless tingling or pins-and-needles sensation. It is temporary and more noticeable in some users than others.

Is this a good beginner pre-workout?

For many beginners, yes—if they respect the caffeine dose and start with a half serving. It is more beginner-friendly than many high-stim formulas because the energy level is moderate and the label is fully transparent.

What should I stack with this for a more complete performance setup?

Standalone creatine monohydrate is the smartest addition. This formula already covers pump, energy, and focus well; creatine fills the phosphocreatine side of performance and complements beta-alanine’s fatigue-buffering role.

Eufy 30C is MARVELOUS!
Size: 07-C30
I purchased this Eufy 30C after 6 months of chiding from my sister, who has one. Eufy - where have you BEEN my whole life! I have uneven saltillo tile floors in this home - I was sweeping floors nearly everyday just trying to keep the floors clean in this desert environment. On a daily basis, I just could NOT keep the floors clean enough for our barefoot habits. This vacuum cleans VERY well! I turn it loose every day - it cleans under furniture and beds, it cleans my lower-nap area rugs very nicely. I use the Auto mode (random cleaning pattern). The bumper is gentle on furniture legs and walls, the sweeper automatically goes into/out of baseboard cleaning - it cleans all along the walls! Most rugs I can leave in place and let the sweeper clean those, also. The few rugs that do get caught up in the brush, I just pick up before starting the cleaning. I have moved cords so they are permanently not in the way, so I only had to deal with those issues once. The suction on this vacuum is terrific - the combination of the spinning side brushes and the roller brush pick up everything. If the sweeper has been there, the area is spotless! It moves easily from floors to rugs. I normally run the sweeper as we are having breakfast - it is very quiet, although a little "rattling" as it moves across these saltillo tiles. I have used the daily programmed mode, but personally prefer to run it when I am "ready" (some rugs picked up). The vac does not ever seem to "miss" a room using this random pattern, and eventually it seems to get everywhere in a room. It just roams around the house and does it's thing - WITHOUT my help, and better job than I did on a daily basis! I have a large, heavy-nap area rug that I prefer to run the regular sweeper on once a week rather than have my Eufy waste sweeping power there. I placed the boundary strips under the very edges of that rug to keep the Eufy off. This works most times although, occasionally, Eufy finds his way onto that carpet, anyway. I have to remind myself, but I do use an upright sweeper on all the rugs and a canister sweeper for the tile about every one to two weeks. I empty the waste container everyday when cleaning is finished (I am always amazed at how much this sweeper "finds" and picks up!). I also clean the filters everyday with a small, battery powered hand vac (opposite the direction of airflow of the Eufy). This seems to remove the fine dust from the filter. I did purchase an additional filter set. Each week, I change the filter to a clean one, and wash out the used filter under running-spray tap water and let it dry. The filters are disposable pressed paper (and a small foam filter sheet that is also washable), but I have interchanged these two filters for 6 months and they are still working just fine. Emptying the waste container and cleaning/changing the filters is extremely easy and fast. I clean the roller brush of hair and carpet fuzz as needed. I have contacted the company with questions and they were extremely responsive. I also had the brush guard replaced from the company without any issues or questions at all. Customer service was very nice. (I believe the uneven tiles just wore on a very small rubber piece and it eventually came off. Looking back, I really don't believe it affected the performance of the sweeper, or the brush guard, at all. If it happens again, I probably will not bother to replace it). I cannot think of one dislike I have of this Eufy 30c. I believe the price was extremely reasonable for the excellent job it does. It has made a big difference in the attitude I have about this house as the one, most annoying, issue I had - seemingly constantly dirty floors - is now a non-issue. If this sweeper broke down tomorrow, I would have trouble getting another here fast enough!

Awesome robo-vac/mop with rotating mop head/no pads.
Size: E25 Black
I owned a Narwal Freo for 1 year and it died right after the warranty period was up. Tried replacing the battery but that did not fix the issue so I had to purchase another one. I noticed this eufy had high reviews and the 1 star reviews seemed to be just isolated issues so I purchased this one. Right away I noticed that the instructions/setup was much more simple. Second this one has a big wide mop roller on the front and after mopping I didn't see the mop streaks in circular patterns on the floor like I did with the Narwal as it had two rotating mop heads on the front so the single mop roller seems to be a better solution. Setup consisted of removing protective wrappers off of the tanks and base station, filling up the clean water tank, installing the detergent bottle and plugging it in. Next I downloaded the app and connecting the vac/mop to my network. This was SIMPLE to say the least. From there I could have just clicked clean on the app and it would clean the entire house. However, mapping gives you more flexibility when planning your cleaning ritual. You can define no go zones and clean rooms in any order you choose. I have a shedding dog so I have a separate robovac to clean up the dog hair prior to vac/mopping. This is a MUST with any robovac/mop combo as the dog hair on the floor will mix with the water and detergent and eventually prevent the mop from doing a good job. It will make a mess in the bottom tray of the base station too. I learned this through experience and reading all the one star reviews from customers. Robovac only cleaners last a LONG time. I had one that is still working great for over 3 years. All I had to do was replace the battery so it doesn't have to pause the job to recharge. So the mapping only took 4 minutes and it was pretty accurate. After the mapping I defined the room boundaries and renamed the rooms. Next I sent it off to clean and it did a FABULOUS JOB! No streaks and the floors are clean. The noise level is really low and more quiet than the Narwal. The other thing I noticed is it didn't use up much water to rinse the mop while cleaning. The Narwal used a lot of water and I was always dumping dirty water and adding fresh. I will always have a robomop and robovac as they save me so much time by not having to do this job twice a week. Connectivity to my network is excellent as it's in a location far from the router. This vac/mop is a good value for the money if IT LASTS BEYOND 1 YEAR. I will update this review as necessary and if it fails right after the warranty period I will report and downgrade this review to 1 star. These companies need to learn the importance of reliability and correct these issues. When I first reviewed the NARWAL it had almost a perfect 5 star review from all customers. After the year was up and it failed that star rating went down to 3+ stars. Most reviews reported their robovac/mop just died like mine did after the warranty period. I downgraded my review and reported the issue. I'm hoping this one will last because at the moment I am VERY satisfied with it like most customers. This model has been on the market much longer at the time of purchase so I would suspect if there were any reliability flaws they would have been addressed and corrected by now. We shall see. At this time I highly recommend!!

Excellent Robot Vacuum, Especially for the Price
Size: 11S, Size: 11S
I have been an iRobot Roomba buyer since 2007. My last Roomba bit the dust this month, and I did a ton of research before buying a replacement. I went with the Eufy for a few reasons: price point, cleaning power, quietness, and sleek design. Price: Very reasonable. Almost reasonable enough that I'd consider getting another one for my second floor. For now I'll just carry it upstairs. Cleaning power: This thing sucks... It's suction is much stronger than my Roombas have had. It picks up so much dust and pet hair. We do a full vacuum every other week with my Dyson, so I think of the robot vacuum as a supplemental vacuum. I was shocked at how much was in the dustbin after it's inaugural cleaning! The picture attached to this is from that cleaning. It also gets a ton of dust in the little dust filter. In one of the video reviews I watched, the reviewer said it didn't pick up anything in that dust filter... So maybe my carpet is particularly dusty, because it has a thick layer after each cleaning. Quietness: I work from my home office, and this thing is quiet enough that I don't even turn it off during conference calls. This might be the thing I am most impressed with. My last Roomba was LOUD-- you couldn't even have a conversation with someone in the same room, let alone someone on speakerphone. Sleek design: I love/hate this. It definitely looks modern and cool, and more like an art piece than an appliance, but it shows all my finger prints, and now I keep a glasses cleaning cloth nearby so I can rub it down. I suppose if I only use the remote and never pick it up, this won't be an issue. A few considerations: I was hoping to find a robot vacuum that wouldn't eat my carpets' tassels, but I don't think that vacuum exists. I have only used the Eufy 4 times so far, and it doesn't always get its brushes wrapped around the long tassels, but it does sometimes. It seems to realize it sooner than my Roomba did at least. The Roomba would sometimes rip gobs of them off in a single cleaning. I try to tuck them under the edge of the rug and that doesn't seem to bother Eufy. It has pulled off probably 2 tassels so far. The cleaning pattern seems pretty random. I saw some other vacuums that chart out complex maps of your home, and Eufy doesn't seem to do that. But, it doesn't seem to matter, because it still hits every spot in the rooms. I'm a little concerned about durability. My Roombas ran for many, many years with easily replaceable parts. We'll have to see if Eufy has the same longevity. All in all- I'm very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend it!

Robot Vacuum With Decent Cleaning but Too Much Maintenance
Size: E28
This robot vacuum was fairly simple to set up, and the battery life is actually pretty good. When it comes to cleaning, it does a solid job picking up dirt and debris, and overall the suction works well for everyday vacuuming. However, the navigation and sensors really missed the mark for me. It struggled to recognize certain items around my house. For example, the mat under my cat’s food bowl kept getting caught because the vacuum didn’t detect it properly. It also had trouble recognizing furniture like my ottomans and would repeatedly run into them. Another issue was how it handled different floor types. It’s supposed to be able to recognize surfaces like carpet versus hard flooring, but that didn’t always work correctly. At one point it even tried cleaning my carpet when it shouldn’t have. It also struggled with room detection and didn’t consistently recognize different areas of my home, even when placed directly in them. I bought this hoping for more of a “set it and forget it” type of appliance since I work a lot and wanted something that would keep my floors clean without much attention. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. I often had to redo the mapping or move the vacuum around so it could recognize spaces and objects properly. There were a few positives though. The app is very helpful and easy to use, and the vacuum communicates clearly through notifications. It lets you know when things like the water level or cleaning bin need attention, which I appreciated. Maintenance like emptying it isn’t required very often either. It’s also a little noisy. Not extremely loud, but it talks frequently and you definitely know when it’s running. Since I work third shift and sleep during the day, that was a bit frustrating. Another issue was that it struggled to cross small entry thresholds between rooms. Even a small lip between rooms would sometimes stop it from moving into another space. In the end, I decided to return it. While it does vacuum fairly well, the navigation issues and constant adjustments made it more of a hassle than a convenience. For the price, I expected something more hands-off, and unfortunately it required more attention than it was worth for me.

Great and Easy to Use!
Size: 11S
Background: I have a shedding dog, so I bought this in hopes that by running it every-day, it would pick up on some of the dog hair on the floor. What I like: -VERY easy to use. -easy to follow instructions -has a sticker on the bottom so if it ever stops and beeps, you can flip it over and it says exactly what the beeps mean (one beep means one thing, two beeps means another--which is SUPER helpful!). -color on top clearly shows what mode it is in (blue-ready to go, orange-needs to charge, red-problem to fix-such as emptying the tray). -very quiet. I can work on stuff with it in the room and it does not bother me at all (my dog also does not mind it). -works great on white carpet and easily transitions from my living room to dining room (which has a slight bump). -when its low on battery, it does not die where it is at, it just turns off the vacuum then finds the home doc and charges itself. -just works really well. I run it everyday and I am impressed by how much stuff it gets (especially when it goes under things such as the couch). -if it gets caught on a cord, it usually takes 5-10 seconds but then it stops the suctioning and moves away (releasing the cord or other item). However if you have a small cord you should put it up (and you should regardless, I just noticed it doing this a few times and thought it was neat, but I do try to pick up all cords). What could be improved: -nothing really in particular to this. -It does not work well on anything black, but this is true for all robot vacuums. It sometimes gets stuck when it goes on the black carpet we have with the black chairs (I suspect because it can not detect them), but this has not happened often. My dog has a black mat for her food and water and it always bumps into it and spills the water, but again, this would occur with any robot vacuum. -Also, make sure the doc is against a wall because otherwise it will move and never charge (self explanatory, but I did not do the first time and it kept trying to doc and was just pushing the doc around the floor). -Finally, you do have to dump out the vacuum particles almost every time you run it (if you do a full circle/battery cycle). It is really easy to dump and beeps when it needs to be emptied. Again, nothing really negative, just something to note. Overall, I really like this! It does a nice job cleaning up the dog hair and other things that get on my floor and saves me a lot of time not vacuuming daily. If you have a dog, I would watch them with this first before you use it. My dog was initially scared of it but sniffed it's "butt" and now they are cool and she does not mind it at all. Pleased with this product and would recommend! :) **UPDATE** On another note, Eufy has amazing customer service! I received an email from them addressing each of my "what could be improved" components with more information on the product. Very impressed.
