Warnings
ALWAYS READ THE LABEL. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE. *Not for dehydration caused by diarrhoea. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Adults only. Keep out of reach of children. Store tube tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Store below 25°C. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Each tablet contains 77 mg Potassium. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Each tablet contains 144 mg of Sodium. Quantity of sodium per maximum daily adult dose is 1440 mg. Contains sucralose and sugars (glucose).

Active Ingredients: Sodium Chloride 87.5 mg, Potassium Chloride 149 mg, Sodium Bicarbonate 390 mg, Citric Acid 698 mg, Glucose 1.87 g
Directions
Adults: Take 2 tablets daily, dissolved in 200 ml of water, not exceeding a maximum daily dose of 10 tablets, or as directed by your health professional.

Keep it in a cool environment or else

I think it’s great for kids and I’ve used it and rebought it for years but my only complaint which I’m surprised no one mentions is if it’s warm out, the sunscreen stick melts quite easily in your bag or car and then the stick softens and falls off the applicator making it pretty unusable. Also similarly, if a child pushes the stick out too far, it’ll fall off the applicator. So that wastes a lot for me every time!

The only kids sunscreen stick I've found that actually glides on. After struggling with too-hard sticks and messy lotions, this is so easy to apply to my wiggling toddler.
