A200

Love your music the “Aurender Way,” at a real-world price.

High Performance Analog Output Network Player with MQA Full-Decoder DAC and RCA outputs

Functional Finesse

A200 replaces model A100 as Aurender’s most compact and economical Analog Output Network Player. Offering superlative audio performance and the renowned Aurender user experience, A200 is an ideal choice for the music lover building a high-performance yet economical digital audio system. By virtue of its all-new low power Intel quad-core processor, low noise linear power supply, MQA Full-Decoder DAC, and adaptive storage system, A200 brings a higher fidelity to your hi-res digital files and streams. The handsome machined aluminum chassis sports a 6.9” color LCD display that oozes elegance and simplicity.

A200 incorporates all the latest generation Aurender innovations, including a single-stereo implementation of the remarkable AKM4490 MQA Full-Decoder DAC, coaxial and Toslink digital inputs, 2X isolated gigabit ethernet port and a Super-Capacitor based uninterruptible power supply (UPS). Two compartments for user-installable storage drives afford the user with massive internal library capacity.

Key Features

MQA Full-Decoder DAC On Board

Aurender designed the A200 for those seeking the simplicity and economy of an all-in-one unit without sacrificing a high level of resolution, transparency, and the reproduction of inner detail. Built around an integrated AKM4490DAC module, A200 delivers MQA full-decoding to get the best performance out of MQA content, as well as every other major digital audio format.

Linear Power Supply with Integrated UPS

A fully-linear power supply architecture with extensive shielding prevents noise from being delivered to sensitive DACs. Discrete toroidal transformers power the server system, digital outputs and DAC respectively. A “super capacitor” based UPS system stabilizes A200 in the event of an abrupt loss of power.

FPGA-Based Precision Clock

A200’s precision clock generation system incorporates a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) with sub 100fs jitter-reducing clock generator to precisely time digital audio data transmissions and minimize jitter to below negligible levels.

Variable Output RCA Outputs

A200’s high quality Single-Ended RCA outputs fed by DAC-level lossless volume control enables it to function as a preamp when connected directly to a power amplifier.

Digital Connectivity

Coaxial and Optical digital inputs are included for the connection of additional digital sources such as a CD transport, TV, etc. Any device connected this way will take full advantage of the superior sound quality of the DAC within the A200.

User-Installable Storage Options

A200 is built with two trays for user-installable storage. Need a lot of capacity? Load up to 2 8TB SSDs! Not into storing files and prefer to stream? Leave them empty, and don’t pay for storage capacity you won’t use.

A solid story that flowed well.
Format: Kindle
Overall an enjoyable tale besides one character I liked being in the story and then shortly after being out of the story. But it was a fun read with great characters but so many that weren't given enough time to shine at all or be seen more. Looking forward to the next in the series.

This spin-off debut is a satisfying fix my fellow cozy flapper-era amateur-sleuth addicts!
Format: Kindle
4.25 I have no excuse. I’ve never read or listened to “The Scottish Ladies' Detective Agency” even though somebody physically gave me the book. In my defense, my kindle app and audiobooks are more friendly for ADHD and pain management and I haven’t read a physical book in years. I was starting fresh with Lady Poppy and this first book launches a spinoff series. Who doesn’t love a historic mystery, especially set in Scotland? This has many of the hallmarks of a series in the genre and I never know whether to complain about the repetition—or even near clones—or celebrate the opportunity to feed my addiction. In some respects, I found this refreshing because Poppy is wealthy. It seems like every other female sleuth in the 1920s and 30s has an aristocratic (or aristocratic adjacent) background but is now dirt poor. There are enough stresses about money these days that I prefer to focus on the murder. This is a tangled web of a story and I thought it clever and I liked Poppy if for no other reason than she has a fantastic lab and appreciates him (and other dogs). Of course, Major Charlie (extra points for the awesome name) saves the day a time or two. Oh and Poppy having a law degree, even when women couldn’t practice law, was a great asset and very cool. That said, if she wasn’t a Lady and very attractive, she would not have gotten away with her brazen interference (even in comparison to other amateur sleuths). In terms of the audiobook version, the narrator was good in most respects. The voice of the handsome inspector (among other male characters) was so deep and low that it drove me a little crazy. Lady Constance also sounded masculine and I had to stop and think every time I heard that voice which was contrary to the character. Overall, she did a good job on the various Scottish accents, including Poppy’s sophisticated mix of the King ‘s English and a Scottish lilt. Otherwise, this mystery was clever and I’m sad that I have to wait for the next one. I would wait for several so that I could finally binge them, but I’m not that strong. P.S. Apparently, neither Lydia Travers nor “The Scottish Ladies' Detective Agency” are even recognized by Libby (which recognizes practically every author) and the books are only available through Kindle Unlimited or buying them or the audiobooks, thus the reason I have not read them. Maybe one day! I am reviewing advanced copies of this book and audiobook given to me by the publisher. All views are strictly my own. . #DeathattheHighlandLoch #NetGalley #bookreview #ADHDreader #lydiatravers #Scottishladydetective #Scotland #historicmystery

Excellent!!!
Format: Kindle
I'm so excited to begin a new series by Lydia Travers! I have missed our Maud McIntyre, but Lady Poppy is a delightful! Ms Travers weaves an intriguing tale with interesting characters and the hope of a sweet, budding romance. Do yourself a favor and get it. You Will enjoy reading it.

Unbelievable disappointment
Format: Kindle
The main character is silly, insipid, one dimensional, and completely unbelievable. A murder victim is discovered and for some reason she immediately believes she is the most qualified person to solve the crime. The supposed professional, the local inspector, let's her walk all over him. I couldn't make myself finish it and certainly won't be reading any more in the series. As far as the audible version, the narrator needs to study American accents more, maybe actually engage in conversation with Americans before trying the accent again. The most cringe worthy narration I've ever heard.

Great read
Format: Kindle
I really like this one. Even though the Poppy character is a bit stubborn and won’t accept she is not really a detective, yet. The rest of the characters and plot delightful. I’m already looking forward to the next one.
