Stop Ripping Your Tool Bag
Tired of your fixed-blade jab saw tearing a new hole in your tool pouch? The Klein 31737 Folding Jab Saw is the smarter, safer solution. It gives you the sturdiness of a fixed blade saw with a fast-cutting carbon steel blade, but it folds securely into the comfort-grip handle. The lockback mechanism is built for real-world use, securing the blade fully open at 180° for power cuts or at 125° to get into those hard-to-reach spots behind conduit or studs.
Key Features
- Folding Design: Keeps the sharp blade protected and prevents it from piercing through tool pouches and bags.
- Dual-Position Lockback: Securely locks the blade open at a full 180° for straight cuts and at 125° for better reach in tight spaces.
- Fast-Cutting Blade: Features triple-ground teeth and is designed to cut in both directions (push and pull) for faster, cleaner cuts.
- Durable Blade Material: Made from hardened carbon steel to stay sharp and withstand tough jobsite materials.
- Comfortable, Non-Slip Grip: Ergonomic handle with a cushioned end for easier palming and reduced fatigue.
- Versatile Use: Designed to cut through drywall, wallboard, plywood, plastic, and other construction materials.
- Lanyard Hole: Allows for easy tethering when working at height.
