Easy-to-carry full EAAs with leucine to support your muscles

ALR Industries HumaPro 300 Tablet is basically a tablet form of essential amino acids with a bit extra for fighting muscle loss and handling nutrients better. From what retailers say, a serving is 5 tablets giving you a 5g proprietary amino mix plus a 210mg secondary mix. So, HumaPro is mainly an amino supplement—not a full protein powder, not a typical pre-workout, and not a meal replacement. The idea is simple: give you the essential amino acids your body can't make itself, focus on leucine to kickstart muscle building, and pack it in a super portable, low-calorie way.

The main part is the essential amino acid setup. L-Leucine is the key player because it turns on the mTOR pathway—that's the switch for starting muscle protein synthesis. Studies show leucine works well at 2.5-5g by itself, but HumaPro doesn't say exactly how much is in their 5g blend. That's important. Leucine sends the signal, but you need the other essential amino acids to actually build anything. HumaPro has L-Isoleucine and L-Valine too—they help with muscle energy, cut down on fatigue during workouts, and improve how muscles use glucose. Plus, it includes lysine, threonine, phenylalanine, methionine, tryptophan, tyrosine, histidine, cystine, and leucine malate. This full EAA lineup beats just BCAAs because building muscle needs all the essentials, not only the branched ones.

A few of these aminos do extra jobs. L-Lysine helps build structural proteins and make carnitine. L-Threonine supports collagen and gut health. L-Phenylalanine and L-Tyrosine help make catecholamines, which can boost focus and drive during training. L-

ALRI HumaPro Tabs by ALR Industries contains 0.7mg Vitamin B-1, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 5g proprietary essential amino acid mix per serving—that's the heart of it and why HumaPro is a thing. It goes beyond just BCAAs to include leucine and the full essentials you need for real muscle support.
  • Leucine-focused muscle kickstart—leucine is the top amino for flipping on mTOR, the path that starts muscle building. It's the main signal in any amino supp aimed at keeping and recovering muscle.
  • Has isoleucine and valine, not only leucine—these branched aminos team up with leucine to handle muscle energy, grab glucose, and fight off workout fatigue. You get a fuller BCAA base than products with just one amino.
  • Covers more EAAs than just BCAAs—lysine, threonine, methionine, tryptophan, phenylalanine, tyrosine, histidine, and cystine make it way more useful than old-school BCAA-only stuff. Muscle can't build from a signal alone.
  • Comes in tablets—the real win is how easy it is to stick with. Toss it in your bag, desk, or luggage and keep up with aminos when powders are a hassle.
  • Super low-cal amino option—it's for when you want aminos without the gut load or calories of a big protein shake. Perfect for cutting or tight meal schedules.
  • Bitter melon extract in the extra mix—it's often in supps for better glucose control. Dose isn't listed, so think of it as a bonus, not the star for sugar handling.
  • Green coffee bean extract added—this might give a light stim and some chlorogenic acid perks, but caffeine isn't specified. Expect a mild vibe, not a full-on pre-workout energy blast.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters on hard cuts wanting to save muscle between low-cal eats. Full EAAs beat plain BCAAs since leucine's signal needs the others for real building.
  • Athletes always traveling who skip meals, hit airports, or need bag-friendly stuff. Five tablets beat a shaker setup, and it's amino-focused without big calories.
  • Fasted workout folks wanting aminos around sessions without a shake weighing them down. HumaPro drops a quick EAA hit with tiny calories—that's where tablet aminos rule.
  • Weight-class or physique competitors needing tight calorie control but muscle priority. A 5g amino mix fits cuts better than extra full proteins when hunger's already tough.
  • People with long workdays who mess up protein timing. Not a total protein swap, but a solid bridge when spacing slips and recovery takes a hit.
  • Folks tired of sweet powder aminos wanting no-fuss. The hook is ease and sticking to it: if you use it regular, it boosts your protein plan better than forgotten tubs.

How to Use

From retailer info, go with 5 tablets per serving. Take them 15-30 minutes before lifting, right after, or in meal gaps when protein isn't happening; timing counts because it's for keeping aminos up in low spots. Stick to standard serving since the amino split is proprietary and green coffee caffeine isn't detailed. Swallow with lots of water, especially all at once. Fine with or without food, but away from huge meals highlights it as quick amino backup. Pair with creatine and real protein if you're chasing gains; it's a gap-filler, not your whole protein. No need to cycle for aminos, but watch total caffeine if you're sensitive. Keep it cool, dry, and sealed to keep tablets good.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: pop the tablets and feel basically nothing big—it's not a stim-packed pre. 10-30 minutes: if caffeine bugs you, maybe a slight pick-up from green coffee bean, but the main gig is getting aminos where they're needed. During workouts or gaps, it's about having essentials ready when you wouldn't. Days 1-7: the payoff is easier consistency, especially if your days mess with protein timing. Weeks 2-4: if you're steady with training and protein, you might hold muscle better on cuts and fill those busy-day holes. It's low-key but useful: more about staying covered than a wild feeling.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is HumaPro 300 Tablet actually designed to do?

HumaPro is designed to provide a portable serving of essential amino acids in tablet form when a full protein feeding is inconvenient. Its core 5g amino matrix centers on leucine plus the broader EAA spectrum to support muscle protein synthesis, recovery nutrition, and muscle retention during gaps between meals.

How many tablets are in a serving of HumaPro?

Retailer consensus indicates a serving size of 5 tablets, which yields about 60 servings per 300-tablet bottle. That serving appears to provide a 5g proprietary amino matrix plus a 210mg secondary matrix containing bitter melon and green coffee bean extracts.

Is HumaPro a replacement for whey protein or whole-food protein?

No. It can support amino availability and muscle protein synthesis, but it does not replace the total protein mass, calories, satiety, or complete nutritional role of a full whey shake or whole-food protein meal. Think of it as a bridge product, not a meal substitute.

Does HumaPro contain all essential amino acids or just BCAAs?

It goes beyond BCAAs. In addition to leucine, isoleucine, and valine, the formula includes lysine, threonine, phenylalanine, methionine, tryptophan, tyrosine, histidine, cystine, and leucine malate within the proprietary matrix.

How much leucine is in each serving?

The exact leucine dose is not disclosed because the amino matrix is proprietary. That is the biggest transparency limitation of the formula, since leucine is the key mTOR-signaling amino and exact dosing matters when comparing an amino product to clinical research.

Does HumaPro contain caffeine?

It contains green coffee bean extract, so some caffeine may be present, but the exact amount is not disclosed on the available label data. Most users should treat it as a low-stim product, but caffeine-sensitive individuals should still be cautious.

When should I take HumaPro for best results?

The best use cases are 15-30 minutes before training, immediately after training, or between meals when you know you will miss a proper protein feeding. The formula works best when used to cover real-world nutrition gaps rather than randomly.

Can I stack HumaPro with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the smarter stacks for performance-focused users. HumaPro helps cover essential amino acid intake, while creatine monohydrate improves phosphocreatine availability and repeated high-intensity output—two different mechanisms that complement each other well.

Is HumaPro good for cutting?

Yes, that is one of its most logical use cases. The appeal is getting essential amino acid support in a very low-calorie, portable format when you want to preserve muscle without adding another full shake or meal.

Why do some people criticize HumaPro?

The main criticism is label transparency. The product uses proprietary blends, which means the exact amounts of leucine and the other amino acids are hidden, making it harder to compare against clinical dose ranges and easier for marketing claims to outrun the data.

Totally worth it!!
So I have combination skin with a tendency toward closed comedones and I decided to try this product because I heard that azelaic acid helps with closed comedones. Honestly, I didn’t have very high expectations because my closed comedones have been very stubborn. I was already using the COSRX BHA before introducing this product, but it worked very slowly, so I wasn’t really getting the results I wanted from that product alone. Let me tell you that once I introduced this product, I finally started seeing the results I was looking for. I have noticed that my closed comedones have been resolving way faster than when I was only using the BHA and my skin also feels softer and overall looks healthier. I also want to mention that even though I don’t get inflamed breakouts very often, when I do get one, I feel like this product helps it calm down and go away much faster. I did start incorporating it slowly, and I highly recommend that anyone who wants to start using this product do the same and not rush into using it every day right away. Despite that, I personally haven’t had any issues with irritation at all and I actually find it very soothing, but you always need to be careful when adding new actives to your routine. I am currently using this product 4-5 days a week, once a day, and on the days I do not use it, I use my BHA instead. I also find that this product lasts a long time, since you only need like five drops for the entire face and the consistency is very watery. I’ve been using it for around two months, and there is still plenty left. Overall, I really recommend this product because it has helped me a lot, and while I am not sure if this alone would be enough to treat closed comedones, I would definitely say it is a great complement to other treatments.

Changed my skin in 5 days
This stuff transformed my skin in 5 days! I’ve had issues with random breakouts and redness ever since I turned 40 and have had difficulty finding a product that actually helps those issues. I incorporated this product into my daily routine for the last 5 days and my skin is clear, moisturized, super soft and redness/breakout free. I use this after washing my face and applying toner; I use just enough to cover my face as a little goes a long way. It has a very loose, almost oily consistency but spreads easily and doesn’t make your skin feel greasy at all. Once it’s absorbed into my skin, I apply my moisturizer. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with skin redness and dryness, it’s a game changer!

I think this will help my rosacea redness!
Update: after using this 2 months, I will be reordering. The rosacea redness to my cheeks and nose have drastically reduced. I use it every other day. I tried a routine of on alternating mornings using vitamin c one day and this Anua azelaic acid the next. Cleanse, tone, azelaic acid, and then whatever I'm doing next (including SPF if I'm going outside). I don't use it at night, preferring a different routine with actives at night. I don't use the hypochlorous acid on my face very often at all now so the Anua is doing the work of hydrating and helping calm my skin. Note that I have aging skin that likely could be prone to dryness but I am meticulous about my skincare so my skin isn't dry - so though they advertise it's for blemish-prone skin, I use it for rosacea redness, and alternating plus hydrating before and after azelaic acid is what works for my skin. ------ The first time I tried this over my entire face, it made my face immediately red so I considered returning it. However, I had used other serums and thought maybe it was just too much at once for my rosacea-prone skin, and that I used too much as well. (I will add that I did a small patch test along my jawbone and let that absorb for hours - always do a patch test of an unfamiliar product!) After a couple of days, I tried it again, and I am impressed! This time, I hadn't used my tretinoin the night before - since I just went up in strength, my skin has been reactive. This time I cleansed my face using Thayer's milk cleanser, which is very soothing, and in fact is one of the only non-Korean beauty products in my skincare routine. Then I used my TirTir milky toner. I waited 5-10 minutes, then I applied just a little bit of this Anua Azelaic Acid over my entire face. I was very surprised that there was no burning or irritation. And also surprised that a few minutes later some of the redness on my cheeks were calmed down--nothing earthshaking but there was a slight difference. I let that absorb/sit for about 10 minutes and then I applied my Cosrx ceramide booster serum, which is very hydrating, and after letting that absorb for 5 or 10 minutes, I applied my Cosrx snail music to further hydrate. I'll be applying another moisturizer to seal it all in. I tried it again the next day and had similar results - again, not using my tret the night before or the C the same morning. This likely, at least at first, won't be a part of my daily routine as I think it could be too strong for my skin along with the other actives I use. For example, I won't use it when I apply my vitamin C until I lower the strength or until my skin is used to the azelaic acid, and I definitely wouldn't use it right before or right after tretinoin. I will do as they suggest and at first use it maybe 2x a week, so on weekends when I don't use my tretinoin or vitamin c, I will use this Anua azelaic acid. After doing this for a couple weeks, I may experiment and start using it more often --perhaps alternating this and my vitamin c since my vitamin c is really strong. As well I may consider lowering my vitamin c strength, and go back to the lower strength tret. (Update: I was out of town so I took a 4-day break from tret and vitamin c and tried this every morning after toning with hypochlorous acid (I let the HA dry completely first), and this didn't irritate my skin at all, and in fact, helped the redness. I am going to find a way to add it to my routine maybe by alternating days using this and vitamin c.) This is fragrance free, which is a must for me. The consistency is thin but not overly watery - glides on easily. I bought mine on Spring Sale so I'm happy about that. I will also add that I use Metrocream, and hypochlorous acid spray (Prequel) on my skin a few times a week and that helps the redness as well. It's an experimental process to find what will be right for my rosacea and aging skin. I am hoping with regular use my redness will calm even more as I hate the flushing across my cheeks and nose that I've dealt with for many years. I'm hopeful!

Works Great but the price is rising!
Anua Azelaic Acid is a very good serum. Both my daughter and I use it regularly. My daughter has severe rosacea, and this has helped calm her skin significantly her redness is almost gone. For me, it has also made a noticeable difference by reducing redness and giving my skin a healthy glow. We both use it at night, and it’s definitely very soothing and calming. The formula is gentle, lightweight, and works really well for sensitive skin without causing irritation. However, the only downside is the price, it seems to have increased quite a bit recently, which is concerning. I bought a couple during Amazon Prime Day, which worked out really well. For a relatively simple azelaic acid serum, the price increase feels a bit steep. If the price continues to rise, I may need to look for a more budget-friendly alternative. Otherwise, it’s a really great serum that delivers great results.

DERM APPROVED!
I am obsessed with this product!! This feels very luxurious on my skin and does not pill like other products I have had in the past. I have noticed a significant improvement in the background redness in my skin. As someone who works in derm and values good ingredients and products that actually work... I can confidently say that this is the best OTC azelaic acid product I have tried out. It sits very nicely under my moisturizer and does not dehydrate my skin like other azelaic acid products have done in the past. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
