Finish with 4 months in Rozelieures single malt whisky cask. Nose Very intense, it starts with custard and banana flamb, followed by aromas of peach, hazelnut and quince with some seaweed. It then evolves into marzipan and orange. Palate Very tropical, gently smoky and fresh, mostly on passion fruit and citrus with tons of vanilla and fresh
