Роберт Музіль (1880–1942) — австрійський есеїст і письменник, драматург, театральний критик, класик австрійського модернізму. Доктор філософії Гумбольдтівського університету в Берліні. У 1905 році в щоденнику автора з’являється згадка про задум твору 'Людина без властивостей' — незавершений роман у трьох частинах, який перекладено понад тридцятьма мовами світу. Він дає широку панораму життя Австро-Угорщини й усієї Європи напередодні Першої світової війни.

Другу частину роману названо так: 'Триває те саме'. Учасники 'паралельної акції' не можуть вигадати ідею, яка б врятувала святкування сімдесятирічного ювілею царювання Франца-Йосифа, але керівництво це не бентежить. Саме на Ульріха покладають усі надії, адже він по-новому бачить світ.

The drawings are hilarious and you can’t help but love Duck. It’s super simple in terms of plot, but expertly silly. It’s all in the deliver of the reader so make sure you draw attention to the pictures (passage of time, facial reaction, etc), emote, and have fun with it. I would say this is great for children 4-10. And I believe most 7-8 year olds could read independently with relative ease depending on their level.
