In our experience, a substrate mix of this quality and strength means no additional fertilising is needed for around 2-4 weeks, depending on plant type and stage of growth. Some root stimulant and a beneficial bacteria/mycorrhizal additive combined with this substrate will give most plants a fantastic kickstart! But, as always, look and listen to your plants - a regular quick visual check will tell you as and when they require additional fertilisation.
